    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hello. For the last few months I am not receiving OTP from any of the sites I am registered to. e.g. I don't recieve OTP that flipkart, Amazon or snapdeal sends to my mobile no. Please fix this!

    @airtelindia Hi,I am told my present plan does not allow me to send sms. I would like to use the balance ofrs.147 available for sending sms.I went to your retail shop,they told me to contact 198 & they will help. But no help on 198.

    @airtelindia and their engineer always takes their customer for granted. Their engineers are looking inexperienced and misbehaving during their service time. When they come to solve the problem they showing that they are doing obligation for us.
