.@airtelindia .@Airtel_Presence Airtel claim that they are in all the possible corner of India including rural and hilly areas,but they are not even able to provide their service in metro cities like Bangalore.God only knows what kind of service they are providing in rural areas.

And the thing is that if you want to change operator and want to go for PORT service then again you need to send an SMS, which you can't send without a sms active pack which will cost you ₹129 minimum. IS this a kind of joke? @airtelindia . SMS and Calling is basic Need.
