@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI There is not carry forward from ur side. if we didn't get proper network to use our data on the day then it gone. At least provide good network to use right we paid u for that and this is not acceptable 😠😠😠😠

@TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia broadband conn install at my house and i had opted for the 200mbps plan full-year. at the time of conn ur sales guy promised to give the landline phone ,but even after 2 months of conn I haven't received the phone.and the Airtel guy is not responding. it's very bad

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Today i went to my nearest airtel shop to upgrade my sim from 3G to 4G. And during the processing the attendant ask me Rs. 25/- as an upgradation charge. I called the customer care and they told me that this service is free of cost. (5/1)
