    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I raised a service request yesterday as my broadband is not working but the issue is not resolved yet. Your cc agent says that it will be resolved by 9th November. Seriously just to fix a internet glitch for one account this much time is required.

    @airtelindia very worst service. My broadband not working one-month. Still no service men to come nd solve. Local network provided have best workers. But u have worst service men. Cheep on u. U will ask Money every month without fail if the connection is not working too 😡😡

    @airtelindia, the service provide with zero down time is down for last 2 hours in my area. And as a black member I expected a prompt support which is another BS because I haven't got any update yet. And the manager is not responding to calls/msgs.

    @airtelindia Can you help how to apply for a connection in remote areas in Kokan, Sindhudurg for 5G connection? We really need a strong network of agricultural support and practices. Visiting your support hubs didn't help at all.
