    Its been 5 days rains have stopd, wifi service dwn, no one to report to. Called Engineers but they discnnct call. There r 15 families in my building with @airtelindia wifi. All of us planng to disconnct the service and try may b @JioCare. Its unbearble to c such a pathetic servce

    Hi @airtelindia - I raised an issue of WI-FI not working on 30th June 2026 -service request 11033930030. The issue is still not resolved and almost for 10 days WI-FI is not working. No luck even after calling customer service. @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence In this Vasai-Virar flood like situation @airtelindia is totally dead, despite my yearly plan & monthly Wi-Fi. Regretting my choice! Thankfully @reliancejio is working fine—had to buy a 3-day Jio data pack just to get online & complain about Airtel’s terrible service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hi it’s been more than 24 hr and air fiber is not working continuous red light showing despite multiple cc call no one contacted or visited to fix it

    @JioCare Very disappointed with Jio Postpaid. I switched from Airtel to Jio, but the internet is extremely slow and almost unusable. Even with full signal, nothing loads. Please fix this ASAP, or I'll switch back to Airtel. #Jio #NetworkIssue @airtelindia

    Hi @JioCare sir, our locality is facing the issue of jio signal from last couple of weeks.. There is no signal at all or just a single 1G. Could you please have a look into this matter. This issue pertains to Khopoli city. @airtelindia
