@airtelindia For all your ad campaigns on great customer service, you take 6 days to solve a simple Wifi connection issue. Unacceptable and shocking in this day and age. Reinvest the ad money in the backend team.

@airtelindia One of the worst experience of airtel connectivity at Aero City, Delhi yesterday. No network , unable to make calls. On top of that, Airtel app is worst when it comes to raise complaints.
