I've been on 3 calls, spoken to 4 support agents and every single one keeps trying to convince me not to cancel asking me to shift the connection or transfer it to another family member instead I asked for one thing cancel my subscription stop making a simple cancellation unnecessarily painful

  Dear @airtelindia I am extremely disappointed with the customer support experience. I have requested the disconnection of my Airtel Wi-Fi connection, but even after speaking to around 30 senior executives on customer care, my request has still not been processed.

  @airtelindia why is the network quality poor in Hyderabad, Hi Tech city? I usually use wifi but when there is power cut I have to rely on the mobile internet connection. I pay to get 5g speed but don't even get 3g speed. Seriously considering diching Airtel for someone else.
