    @airtelindia I recently got a new TV-Wifi connection. Having issues since day 0, reached out to the sales guy and the technician everyday, no one has even bothered to even register a complaint. What can be done here? To add to it, i was given false information about TV channels.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please resolve complaint number 31-1000014008899 mails have been marked to appellate Haryana who seems to be least interested with a CC to CEO and TRAI. @MoitOfficial

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, pathetic service. Broadband speed is far below committed levels and DTH hardly works properly. Repeated complaints are ignored and customer care offers no solution. Extremely disappointed. #Airtel #PoorService

    Update: Spoke with the field technician. He couldn't fix it today due to workload and assured me my connection will be restored tomorrow morning. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews i have trouble using my Airtel 5g, my phone showing 5G++ all the time but after use of 2gb it's showing that u have exhaust your data limit and internet get stopped means 5G is not working properly but I am at 5G,enabled area fix ASAP

    @airtelindia Are you all mad? Airtel Payment Bank has given only 2 options on its customer number, for new SIM and for store in IVR. Does no one have any problem? Do I have to block my account?
