@airtelindia service getting worst day by day. Since Sept 2021 , I created many requests but every time it made me like worst. pay and wait for month. We will resolve issues as per our free time. Technician will not come to door in time. Every time just wait for 48 hour. Worst.

@airtelindia As earlier we taken airtel family plan & they said that time you can add your 2 dongle numbers. So we purchased 2 dongles, now they coverted 1 dongle number in voice & data. Because of this my device speed is slow. What a fraud scheme by @Airtel_Presence

Dear @airtelindia, I have been a faithful Airtel user since 2008. "Airtel black" customer since 4-5 years. It's almost 24 hours since I lost my internet called "dedicated relationship team" more than 10 times and no resolution. I'm tired of following up anymore.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel broadband service is so pathetic. I've been trying to discontinue my account from last 3 months and they're not listening, not talking properly, and keeps renewing plans. This is not I had expected as an Airtel customer for over 10 years

@BreakingNewsnt1 Please don't opt for airtel fiber . There is no way to contact customer care . My net is not working from many days. I am not able to work because of this broadband. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is useless. Think twice before opting for this broadband.
