What's happening to @airtelindia? Poor speed, poor network, poor customer care.. Using airtel broadband for many years, they couldn't provide fibre network yet even in Bangalore! Planning to change provider.

@airtelindia lost Internet service this afternoon. When I called 'Airtel Black', your so called premium service, I was promised the issue will be resolved by 3:44pm, when I called after that time I was told it will be done by 7:44, and 10:44 after that. Now at 11
