@Airtel_Presence Shame on your customer support @airtelindia . I would suggest no one should by Airtel Brand band plan. And definitely don't take advance rental plan otherwise @airtel_care worst service will cause to loose your money.

Close your customer support office @airtelindia if you are not able to resolve the broadband issues Broadband issue: 1. Not working since brought plan 2. Not refunding money 3. Called @airtel_care 10 times, had to explain every time what is issue.

Hlw @airtelindia !! There is a lot of issue in Airtel Internet service in my Area & I have reported the customer care countless times but no outcomes except fake promises . I humble request that kindly resolve this issue other wise there are some more network available . @TRAI
