Dear @airtelindia please refrain from doing BAD BUSINESS activities. A month ago, I filed a complaint & was promised a refund within 5-10 days. After a month of follow ups, today I was told that the charges are valid and can't be reversed. Is this how you make money? Pathetic!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews i have premium subscription of Airtel Xstream. No problem in viewing content on app but doesn’t work on TV. Asks to buy subscription. Many other users also facing same problem. Kindly rectify soon. Casting problem also persists.

Hello @airtelindia , your representatives didn’t inform us that name change in SIM will wipe out the existing pack. Now we lost 6 months unlimited pack and 100GB data. Airtel customer care is telling that you can’t do anything.. #airtel #daylightrobbery

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Today finally I decided to Go on another Operator services after chasing u all. Today I decided to discontinue Airtel and go on another Vendor. WORST SERVICES OF AIRTEL AFTER SO MANY COMPLAINTS NOTHING CHANGED AND THAT TALK ABOUT 0 ERROR DELIVERY.
