@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia applied and got the sim to port from JIO to Airtel postpaid on 30 May. Still connection not started, as told to be by 2 june, JIO already exhausted. Helpless service both of you.

@airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence On may 31st i have raised complaint regd freq disturbance of Fibre Optic network near blr Hulimavu. Thnks 4 rectifying it. However the problem recur today with frequency of 2 mins. Unable to connect customer care/thanks app. Req action.

@airtelindia bill suddenly increased by Rs150 on broadband bill without any information, raised complaint but no body called back. Is this how a loyal Airtel customer should be treated. Very disappointed, already started to look for other options. Very Disappointed.

@airtelindia Airtel India..I am yet to receive resolution to my complaint lodge under I'd 42872667. It may be noted that the complainant was first raised on 20.04.2021 and it is very unfortunate that the matter has not been resolved. Very disappointed with the kind of service

. @airtelindia network has been down for about 30 minutes. Not even able to make/receive calls. Very very poor service by you. Fix it ASAP. I really don't want to port to Jio, but you guys are forcing my hand
