    I’m just porting circles from Karnataka to Tamil Nadu. Not operators. Calm down @airtelindia! You need to have the very basic customer centric approach. Don’t bombard with ‘Please don’t go away. You are valuable’ just because someone ports.

    Hi @airtelindia , Internet is not working at my place since Friday. I created ticket 08041206745. But technician reschedule the fix to Tuesday 14th. Why more then 72 hrs to fix a small issue? @VittalGopal

    @airtelindia I have been using airtel broadband from last 4 yrs and I have never faced an issue where the tickets are closed without resolving the issue. Previously issues were getting resolved in no time but now I have been running before them from last 1 week. Pathetic

    Absolutely horrible service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. My broadband has been down since the past 4 days now and there's no way that I can contact customer care nor are they putting any effort to fix it. The incoming calls just elongate the process by 2 days. Disappointed.
