    @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence Respected sir, i ordered Airtel broadband service in thane but to my surprise i was promised fibre optic but provided copper wire, speed i am paying for 40 mbps download and uploads but getting 17 and 7 respectively, why this cheating with us

    @airtelindia @sunilbmittal Respected sir, I booked Airtel broadband service but to my surprise instead of fibre optic copper wire was installed and instead of 40 mbps dowload and upload i am getting 17 and 7 respectively, sir please help me my hard earned money going in vain

    @JioCare Because they(@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence) are neither listening nor telling about disconnection and refund process. By wasting my time and money, they are comforting me by saying that the problem will definitely be resolved today..

    @airtelindia we called customer care to disconnect two of our DTH connections 10 days back but the same are still showing active. Why don’t you respect customer decisions and let them decide on requirements of connection. We are unnecessary paying you for nothing.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews your app is one of the wrost app. They only show that your complaint is registered but not showing in my help center. Very poor network. Even i can not use 100 MB out of 1.5GB.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 8 days paased away..no action has been taken till now ....is there any SLA for resolutions or its only on papers?? @TRAI pls look into how customers are getting affected and treated with fake committments from telecom service providers.

    @airtelindia I had ported my sim from Vodafone to airtel due to your superfast service buy now it seems it was better in Vodafone.. It has being 3 days buyed my new sim of airtel still now not received the recharge now not able to call ..
