As I ported to airtel from jio. I thought airtel is going well but now airtel isn't getting 2g or 3g signal! Now I'm trying to port to jio within a week if airtel doesn't corrected the problem! @airtelindia @reliancejio

@ACTFibernet Sorry you lost it and you are late, called 15 times to the agent and 4 times customer care, no response and unanswered. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia took that opportunity on the 1st call. I will give one last chance for another account that I have in BLR, fix it before you move.

Horrible mobile internet connectivity yesterday from 6 PM to 10 PM, Tried calling customer care regarding this issue , I am surprised that there is no option available now. Dissatisfied with the Airtlel service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

I too faced similar situation and frustrated with no response over phone call, I went to their outlet and guess what they didn't care to respond to me even there. Any roadside vendor cares more for their customers than them.

@airtelindia My home BB line got cut. Complained in Airtel store Vignananagar Bangalore. (10024620939). Rep visited & said me next day he would repair but requstd to close the ticket. I didnt .Now he is angry & not repairing. 3 times I called but no response decided to cancel 1 family plan.
