@ACTFibernet Sorry you lost it and you are late, called 15 times to the agent and 4 times customer care, no response and unanswered. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia took that opportunity on the 1st call. I will give one last chance for another account that I have in BLR, fix it before you move.

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence despite several requests made to discontinue my broadband internet connection, nothing has been done from your end. Though I have received repeated calls from your customer care but the connection hasn't been discontinued yet.

We are having @airtelindia internet issue in Bhubaneswar (pin 751002). Recharged for 4G, getting 2G instead. Is this your way to make customers fool? Your services are pathetic. Your service request saying it will take 10 days to fix. If you are not fixing this asap, will quit.
