    @airtelindia This is always problem Nearby Kalyan Dombivli villages. Uncertain network gone and not showing single signal. You have to improve. Many times it happens.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI @DoT_India this is 7th consecutive day, very very bad internet service by Airtel. Til 5th day Airtel was giving predefined answers. Yesterday they ignored my tweet. Great progress in considering clients as most ignorant person.

    I think @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is facing crisis like Jet Airways that they have stopped responding to customer queries, it's a very poor customer care team, #socialmedia team of airtel is much more pathetic, that after first response they don't revert to customer

    Whenever I tried to reach out to customer care service, then got irritated with your press 1, 2 and all IBR service. Just to talk with customer care need to wait atleast 5 min. Only adversitment claim is not enough @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia doesn't care about it's customers. Airtel forgets that we are the ones that made it reach that height. But no empathy. Just a statement "we are working on it " or false promises everyday that issue will be resolved within 1 hour, 2 hour, 24 hours but nothing else
