@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia from 10/07/2022 my broadband connection was not working(connection no-02011180165_dsl).Already I filled a complaint(id-10060872046) via Airtel thanks app.Every day I got messages “today your problem will solved” but till time problem wasn’t resolved.

@airtelindia Airtel DTH sucks, they intentionally doesn’t resume services after recharging of account and show that they are working to fix issue and when nothing works they send service executives to extort money in name of changing parts etc

@airtelindia One of the #worst service provider. Priority complain 10138270396 lodge but not action. Called 6 times their customer and spoke to the senior supervisor.Either they disconnect the call or give false commitment. Issue not resolved in the end. Pathetic service and Cheaters! #TRAI
