  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what a horrible service? Inspite of repeated commitment, they could not shift the Broadband connection yet. Though this shifting does comes at cost of Rs 300/-. I donno how long I hv to wait. Oh..I forgot..I am a platinum customer.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yesterday got your Airtel Xtreme fibre connection, In less than half an hour of installation the internet went down in the evening since yesterday raised the complained and contacted the installation engineer. Was told it was a mainline problem.

  @airtelindia I have been calling customer care from last 2 months about payment through sodexo card but they gave always false promises and never resolved the issues.I have made the pymnt of more than 5k but no confirmation from Airtel. Pathetic service and I m nw looking to port
