Adv. Bhakti Jogal (@BhaktiJogal) reportedPlease do not use @airtelindia Airtel Wi-Fi services. My Wi-Fi transfer request has been pending since 21st July. It has now been 6 days, and despite repeated follow-ups, neither the engineer nor the customer support team has responded or resolved the issue. My internet has not been working during this entire period, yet Airtel still expects customers to pay for the days when the service was unavailable. This is extremely poor customer service and an unacceptable experience. I request Airtel to resolve this issue immediately and adjust the billing for the period during which the service was not provided.
