    @airtelindia There is a very bad network of airtel. I reside in the metropolitan city even then, I face poor calling and bad internet. I decided to port my airtel no. 98761-61828 to @JioCare. You disappointed me.

    My number 750xxxx007 initially barred on 15/11/19 & then permanently disabled by @Idea arbitrarily & without any grounds. I had 2 struggle 10 long days 2 persuade #idea that it's their fault. Never harassed this much in last 15 yrs of mobile use. Coming back soon 2 u @airtelindia

    @VodafoneIdeaIN It's really a curse to be on your network. My services hv been snapped citing reason that my bill of merely Rs.89.90 with previous operator is pending, however I hv already paid my bill. Despite my repeated requests u hv not provided me the bill frm @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yeah will wait for 2-3 days for sure. We have around 75-80 corporate postpaid connections which we had planned now to port to some other efficient network if it's again a failure from your end.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia DTH ID 3010061224-001. All HD channels being transmitted with error for last 2 days. Screen going blank every 2-3 mins with no sound. Error reflected as bad weather. Whereas all SD channels transmission is fine with no weather issue. Please resolve

    Dear @idea_cares, My number 7508xxx007 stands barred since 15.11.2019 due to non payment of ₹90/- outstanding with my previous operator @airtelindia for which i never received any bill. I deposited that alimony on 15/11/2019 itself, considering my need 4 mobile services. 1/n

    Dear @airtelindia , waiting in ur office 4 last 15 mins at ur Jyoti Chowk Jalandhar office, after 2 unsuccessful visits, just to get 3g sim swapped with that of 4g. While others deliver 4g sims at doorstep,u don't bother about the customer sitting at ur outlet. 977***4402

    I live very close to an Airtel tower, yet I still face this issue repeatedly. It interrupts my work and is honestly disappointing. I hope you'll look into this and fix it because I'd rather stay with Airtel than switch to another network. @airtelindia

    We faced a similar issue around 2 months ago, where @airtelindia took 9 days to solve the issue. That's just frustrating and pathetic service delivery. On top of that, there was no bill adjustment or service credit for the days when our broadband was unstable.

    @airtelindia Absolutely pathetic service from Airtel. Raised a broadband shifting request on 29/06, and as of 02/07 there's still no update. The Airtel Thanks app doesn't even let me cancel the request, and customer support has been completely useless, just scripted(1/2)
