@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 1/2 Stupid useless customer service, I went to nearest #airtel center to get sim swapped. I was told to visit main center 3 kms away. Imagine with no network in my hand I couldnt book an uber and had to take an overpaid auto to travel to ur main center.

In this times of pandemic I was stranded on road looking for ways to reach ur main showroom with no service in my hands. What am I paying u for?

@airtelindia No need of 5g pls first improve the 4G services, in my village we are getting speed around 1 to 2 Mbps. Students are leaving the studies due to poor internet. Many complaints has been given no action taken so far
