    @airtelindia, within four days of the previous tweet from worse internet connectivity, it becomes pathetic. There is no internet and no network coverage in my area from morning onwards. I was using my Mom @reliancejio to work from home. Need to port ASAP

    @airtelindia Pathetic service from Airtel. Totally fraud and irresponsible. No mechanism for customer grievance redressal. I have tried to communicate with Airtel through emails, in 198, raising complaints through the chat box in their app, through Twitter but no help.

    Unfortunately, it was foolish of us as consumers to trust such a pathetic provider like @airtelindia for my corporate group connection (with 12 nos.) and 2 airtel black connections. All performing equally poor and worse than a 2G connection.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews R u planning to wind it up soon? The service has become absolutely pathetic. WiFi shifting request hs been pendng for more than 12 days without any resolutn. Despite repeated follow-ups there has been no proper response, or accountability from Airtel.
