Few hours after porting into prepaid @airtelindia from @reliancejio , there is no internet connection, there is no proper network, call drops, unable to register a complaint, and no scope to connect to a customer care executive. Thank you @airtelindia for this amazing welcome.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So one fine day, my sim stops service. Am asked to go to the store in the pandemic. Turns out, the name and address are similar but not precise. Guess tele-verification people were a bit relaxed that day. Lo and behold, mail is sent to superior. 1/2
