    @airtelindia why in this region down below the address, we are not able to connect through the Internet. Pur Data couta is there and if you open the data service On no 4g,3g,2g, non of the G is connecting. And your customer service is not a customer service it is Boat service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's very unfortunate to see the irresponsible behavior and attitude of Airtel Customer executives. In spite of putting across the timings for and alternate they failed in sorting the issues. Then why you all ask for time and let people wait?

    Extremely poor experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Booked Wi-Fi, cancelled before installation, but money not refunded. Sales executive Manik Singha (+919851524190) was very rude and unhelpful. Kindly refund my money and take strict action

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it’s been 3 days, already spent 2 hours on call waiting and speaking to call enter and another 2 hours with installation agent. However the person refuses to install. May be as I’m existing black customer and company has no interest serving exusting

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , My airtel wifi is not working since last evening 30th July around 7pm till now 31july2026 5:40pm and there is no fixed ETA provided. It keep on increasing and due to this my official tasks are getting halted. Fix it on priority ASAP.
