Right in the heart of Chennai, one of the biggest metropolitan cities in India, you are not able to manage wifi services w.o frequent disconnections .. total disconnection for last 24 hrs, which has happened a dozen times in 3 months. Disclaimer-RT and Likes don't mean ENDORSEMENT (@psmokashi1) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. For more than 24 years... I had three mobile plus one wifi. Cause of lack of services I was forced to surrender or cancel one mobile connection and port out the other mobile number. I really hope that a Platinum Customer is treated better.
