    In the last twelve days, many problems have to face, neither the speed of the data nor the net connectivity. Even the call is not possible, how long will the situation improve. Only two days 29 may & 30 may the network has run. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia There is no network last few days in this proper location so request to airtel telecom company improove the network system in given location

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've been trying to get a hold of your engineers due to a problem in my modem and the internet is down from the morning. I tried calling the engineer and they are just ignoring my calls. If this is how Airtel treats its customers i need refund.

    @airtelindia @VittalGopal @JioCare If you can't provide d services, then remove "reliability" Word from ur company, facing issue from last 24 hrs & trust me there is no support from ur team.I am thinking why I have changed my network provider as well as I will switch my no to jio

    @Airtel_Presence Not sure where it's true or not but totally disappointed with the way Airtel handles this outage issue. Making the customers suffer for more than 24 hours without a resolution. This is not the standard of service expected from operators like Airtel @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No connectivity since last 5 days. After all the follo up today I came to know that they have stopped Airtel copper broadband. What a great customer support and u call it Airtel black. I demand justification.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been charged for invalid calls. I have checked my call logs also, I didn't make any call on that number. I am continuously complaining about it but didn't get any proper response. Please help me.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Really pathetic service by airtel . I got my plan converted into black but inspite of resolving ,backend people closed by ticket two time without resolution. Also airtel mislead customer providing what they commit

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My expierence with airtel black is worse. No problem resolution, backend person closed my ticket with any resolution despite narrating the incident in detail.Also i been mislead regarding plans and freebies

    @JioCare Though @airtelindia is somewhat expensive but in terms of service, it is far better than @reliancejio . Recently, quitted airtel just because it was expensive but realizing now.
