    In the last twelve days, many problems have to face, neither the speed of the data nor the net connectivity. Even the call is not possible, how long will the situation improve. Only two days 29 may & 30 may the network has run. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Worst way to handle Customer complaints @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence . You don't give any Custmer care number. Once you receive money your staff stops picking calls. We don't know how cancel this connection. Neither you will tell. Ur website says call 121. Poor experience.

    @airtelindia just for updating an E-mail id do you guys really need 48 hours??? My email Id was updated when i was a postpaid customer from 2007 to Oct '22 how do u loose critical data when one changes to postpaid???
