And even if they make you wait 10-15 days they will come. @airtelindia guys have hidden that option behind AI. I can't even request for a Router change! When I call customer support, they call me you are my priority postpaid customer and promise me to get resolution fast. They gave me 21st may time to resolve your issue but no resolution yet, even no calls or msg. received yet.

Every day I’m given false timelines (2 PM, 5 PM), but no one shows up. I have already paid and still facing disruption Resolve ASAP or I’ll escalate to TRAI & consumerforum.
