    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i am not able to under stand policy ,why sms is not working if I have sufficient balance , I have recharged with pack 49 . Your calling and internet services are pathetic state . I tried to send a sms but it's always failed.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My issue is yet not resolved. The manager of Airtel Gaya office was saying correct that even if I complain no action will be taken as they are the only store in this area. They really don’t care if the customer grievance is not resolved.

    @airtelindia What ******** is wrong with you @airtelindia? You speak of 5G, but when I recharge for 2500, then speed is worse than 3G or 2G! Sometimes the internet cuts off altogether! A 2MB takes AGES to download, that too after failing multiple times! You take all the money, the forget us!

    @JioCare Done, sent you details. Help me port out ASAP before these stupid @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence disturb advising switching to other plans. Got the KYC and the PORT UPC number ready. Will pay remaining billed amount & advance to those worthless #Airtel for smooth port out.

    @airtelindia I'm from AC block Shalimar Bagh Delhi. The wifi isn't working! Made complaints multiple times but there's no permanent solution. I'm Very pissed off from this now
