    In the last twelve days, many problems have to face, neither the speed of the data nor the net connectivity. Even the call is not possible, how long will the situation improve. Only two days 29 may & 30 may the network has run. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia There is no network last few days in this proper location so request to airtel telecom company improove the network system in given location

    Till now no solution has been found for my problem, only useless answers are being given in DM, whereas I am giving complete proof, still I get the same answer in DM. @airtelindia Do you want your customer to switch SIM companies? You may be too proud to be bigger.

    Hello @nch1915 They have resolved the connection. But not providing refund & rebate. And once they release both, i want to cancel my subscription with @reliancejio as am switching to @airtelindia pls do the needful

    @airtelindia @airtel - Guys you did not respond to the previous case i generated through twitter, first improve your service and then stop hotspot sharing - not able to use your wifi even - no resolution yet - i am doing wfh - how should i work now? worst mob. intrnt ind no wif😡

    Airtel black connection is not working for last 4 days at my home I raised a complaint ( complaint number 11035391632). Till now the issue is not resolved. Airtel team takes such a long time to resolve issue and the support team does not even bother to resolve. @airtelindia

    Do not get @airtelindia wifi. Worst service ever. There's no way to connect to a real customer support executive. Only when you want to purchase a new connection they call you. Otherwise @Airtel_Presence doesn't listen to their own customers who are paying for their services!!

    Telecom prices keep going up, but the network is exactly zero! Airtel service inside NDRI, Karnal is absolutely pathetic. Neither the internet works, nor do calls connect. Why are we paying higher tariffs for this terrible service? Resolve this ASAP @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @BaluGorade @airtelindia Personally I use it as hotspot for my laptop on rare occasions when WiFi goes down. Signal keeps shuffling between 4g and 5g. So no big deal if it’s shifts to 4g. I don’t see much performance issues.

    Never expected this from @airtelindia. Your AirFiber sucks and now you Postpaid network also having issues. My entire family is on Airtel network, be in Broadband or SIM, seems you guys being ignorant of the customers problem now.
