In the last twelve days, many problems have to face, neither the speed of the data nor the net connectivity. Even the call is not possible, how long will the situation improve. Only two days 29 may & 30 may the network has run. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Can you explain @airtelindia why airtel thanks app throws up errors after 3 chats “ you have encountered a problem”. And why u need > 24 hrs to solve a basic issue in a city like Pune in a society with > 1K flats. What kind of brand u r . Local players r better than u .
