    In the last twelve days, many problems have to face, neither the speed of the data nor the net connectivity. Even the call is not possible, how long will the situation improve. Only two days 29 may & 30 may the network has run. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia There is no network last few days in this proper location so request to airtel telecom company improove the network system in given location

    @airtelindia @airtelnews A person will get tired of pressing buttons on 121, but still won’t find an option to speak to a customer representative. No one replies to emails sent to 121, and there’s no response from the nodal officer email either. There’s no signal, calls don’t go through, it shows 5G but runs like 2G. And on that useless Airtel Thanks app, if you open the help section, it starts showing ads for Airtel Payments Bank. After a lot of struggle, I managed to open a ticket in the app today (on the 2nd), and they say it will be resolved by the 7th. Nowadays nothing works without OTP, and suddenly the SIM signal has disappeared. There’s no way to reach a customer representative. It’s been more than fifteen years with Airtel postpaid, but the condition of Airtel now has never been this bad. कोई कुछ मदद कर सकता है तो अर्जेंट कर दो भाई? या पोर्ट आउट करवाना है तो साफ साफ बता दो पर इस तरह टॉर्चर मत करो

    The contact person in your texts never answers the calls from me yet you all say you are working to resolve the issue- almost the whole week about to go without any service at all. Worst customer service from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #airtelDoesntcare #airtelNOpresence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Repeated complaints remain UNRESOLVED, but are falsely marked as “resolved” in your system: 28 Mar 2026 – 11027466345 ❌ 13 Mar 2026 – 10867136039 ❌ Latest – R53GYH2SC2 (raised today) This raises serious concerns on service accountability.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I would like to cancel my wifi connection. Why is it so hard, I can find a dozen of options to opt for a new connection in your app, messages.etc but none to disconnect. Raising a complaint here to disconnect my wifi.

    @airtelindia I have requested AIRTEL IPTV service on 22.04.2026. paid the requisite charges. But till date 30.04.2026 nothing hasbeen done. I am using AIRTEL service since long but never experienced such poor service.
