    In the last twelve days, many problems have to face, neither the speed of the data nor the net connectivity. Even the call is not possible, how long will the situation improve. Only two days 29 may & 30 may the network has run. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    No surprise OTT benefits from @airtelindia app anre easy to claim and impossible to cancel. They will redirect to service who will redirect back to Airtel The website, IVR, chat bot only exist to tell you to use the app or visit store.

    @airtelindia you are in no position to harass Indian citizen if half your customer exec with poor English try to play around customer services and details. @TRAI, Official communication across MH where my numb belongs got impacted due to 9827623713, this number isnt mine yet.

    @Airtel_Presence I’ve submitted a written req. for permanent AirFiber disconnection before plan expiry. Acc ID: 20022536936 Couldn’t reach support due to repeated “system under maintenance” IVR msg. Plz ensure: - No bill after expiry - Timely disconnection #airtel @airtelindia
