    In the last twelve days, many problems have to face, neither the speed of the data nor the net connectivity. Even the call is not possible, how long will the situation improve. Only two days 29 may & 30 may the network has run. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia There is no network last few days in this proper location so request to airtel telecom company improove the network system in given location

My SIM suddenly stopped working. visited Airtel store in Gurgaon but was refused a duplicate SIM because it's in my mother's name Even the nearest Airtel distributor refused and asked to travel 300 km to Dehradun. Is this your customer service?

    @anonymousCretur @airtelindia airtel is a cam company, file a complaint against these ******* in consumer court, first they removed 5g from hotspot and now this.

    @airtelindia Very frustrating customer service 1. Ported phone from vodafone to Airtel 2 Both parties approve & porting done 3. Vodafone show pending amount after 2 months! 4. There is no way to pay for inactive no 5. Struggle for 1 week to find method of paying an old no 6. Done & Vodafone confirmed lifting lock 7. No still not active after 1 week 8. Online overseas call said go to store after 15 of charging international call😳 9. Store in Ahmedabad said can b done in Mumbai only😳 10 its for a sr citizen who cant go out! 11 Sent email to support Pl advice how to manage now! Chasing from 1 month #BadCustomerSupport

    @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn no internet since morning 😢 Wi-Fi Update: We understand this ongoing outage can be inconvenient. The Wi-Fi issue in your area needs more time to fix. We're actively working on it and will update you once your Wi-Fi is back up & running.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I am not getting the satisfied response from them. Previously the TAT was 12.30 PM in the afternoon but no one came or called me. I called you guys again and then the TAT was 5.30 PM but still there is no resolution. I can't call you guys again and again for a resolution. (2/3)
