In the last twelve days, many problems have to face, neither the speed of the data nor the net connectivity. Even the call is not possible, how long will the situation improve. Only two days 29 may & 30 may the network has run. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

I have been calling customer care ppl to re-activate fiber broadband connection from last 10 days and they are just fooling me and not doing anything. Max they can do is arrange a “Callback from their side” which you will never get. It’s pathetic. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence I got activated with my new broadband on 13th January, and the same day at about 10:15 PM it stopped working and red light blinking (LOS) in router. Please fix my problem as soon as possible. Please don't include this in validity period. @airtelindia
