I tried using the Airtel App to complain about it but it is so useless that I couldn't even register a complaint using it.     @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve called support 20+ times by now, raised multiple tickets as well. Every single time, ticket gets closed without resolution and I’m told to raise a new one again. Feels like starting from zero each time.

    Airtel was very rude and gave me a postpaid SIM and did not even tell me about its charges When I asked they said it to me and they also spoke very loudly and gave me a postpaid SIM while trying to reach the target @airtelindia especially chakal andheri East branch

    @airtelindia @TRAI Internet down again for “servicing” in Mumbai. This keeps happening way too often. Pretty unfair that there’s no compensation for all this downtime. The whole airtel experience is so frustrating - your customer care no. doesn’t work as intended, no way to reach out to an agent through the airtel app and no upfront notice for the inconvenience.

    I've been trying to close a "Shifting Wifi" ticket with @airtelindia since 4 days now and they've purposefully been stalling me. After 7 calls to them I've lost hope in their on call support and want help of their social media support in this regard ASAP!

    @airtelindia I have a secondary number which is prepaid. I have renewed the subscription bang in time but your sms in unstoppable like diarrhea since 4 days despite recharging. Why don’t you fix your systems cos app shows recharged successfully for your sms irritating daylights
