    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia service request-10164377524,for disrupted broadband raised on 17th, Apr is still unresolved.Called service several times,received same reply that call back is being arranged.Also assigned engineer no is not working,never expected this from airtel.

    So called VIP service being provided by @airtelindia . Sim card conks off in the middle of the night, and the customer service exec tells me the sim card is damaged, when it's never even been removed from the phone. (1/2)
