I currently having bad expirirence with Airtel Xstream Fibre @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence from 24th April 1 pm to Till Now (unkown) there is no internet in whole area . (not me) I comtacted them at different intervals in which the problem was suppose to be fixed But the extend.

@airtelindia I have moved out of my house in Bangalore and want to discontinue my broadband service. Called customer care @121 and got responses like "I do not have authority to do so" or "We'll arrange a callback for you". But there has been no update so far. How do i proceed?

Hey @airtelindia You have a worst service,I must saya I am facing network issues from the last 20 days.I tried to contact your executive agents multiple times but can't. I registered computer generated complain but you haven't resolved that. ++
