@airtelindia Network has gone to gutters everywhere. I don’t know why I have 4 bars and still can’t make a single voice call from my home . 2G was way better . Stoneage times were better .

Hi @airtelindia The man who came to attend to an Airtel tv complaint ran off without fixing it or even bothering to inform my senior citizen parents. On calling the customer helpline, the lady rescheduled the visit for 28th. This is quite atrocious. Please fix?

And they somehow have removed my complaints from the app. Too bad. Switched to @airtelindia from other network hoping to get better service. Feels like the previous operator was much better.
