    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it is more than 2-3 years has been passed but still ur network has not been improved. Paying for 4g but receving 2g type speed. And even we are unable to talk without voice breaking.

    @airtelindia stop dealing in bad faith. Your salesman lied to my face while registering for broadband connection and now once I've made the payment they are making a fool of me and my connection hasn't been installed yet & for the record its not good for company's reputation.

    Third Class service of a World Class company called @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. Since last 7 days they are making fool of their DTH customers. If you guys can’t put your shit together then I would gladly switch to another DTH operators better than you.

    @airtelindia I had installed Airtel Xstream AirFiber and clearly requested for the ₹499 plan. However, the executive showed ₹499 during installation, but now in the app it is showing ₹899 plan without my consent. This is completely misleading and I want immediate resolution

    @airtelindia Pathetic. The first time I faced such an issue, I got to know a how customer unfriendly you are. I can only chat with you bot, wait endlessly, or talk to a CC who can only do escalation, which is what they are doing from 15 days.
