@airtelindia Facing worst experience with postpaid. Reported n/w issue 2 months back, issue is not yet addressed. Why should I pay for improper service? if we are not paying bill fine is applied, same way bill should be waived off or reduced if issue not resolved @DoT_India??

@Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence again just now got a call from @airtelindia asking for happy code to close my request. Your executive is saying we can’t close connection until he get the code. But mssg I got from Airtel says provide the code once issue is resolved. What should I do now ??
