  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It has been over a week since my parents' fiber connection went down. Wire was cut, the technician came after 3 days, fixed the wire but not the internet, and promised to return and never did. Stopped picking calls. Then customer care promised a fix in 24 hours. That was 2 days ago. I live outside India. This connection is how I talk to my parents. A week of silence because nobody at Airtel closes what they open. Fix it by tomorrow or I am cancelling and moving to another provider.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI: Anuj - At this point, I think I've collected every version of Airtel's template responses. Unfortunately, I'm trying to collect internet connectivity, not canned apologies. It's been 72+ hours. Could someone replace the template with an actual resolution?

  Airtel internet is not working. Raised a complaint. CAGPS3BLR20260802049264 dated 02-aug-2026 13:13 for your Airtel number 7483993223. You will receive an update for this ticket by 18-AUG-26. Perfect example of how Airtel works @airtelindia shame on you. Do you need 16 days?

  @AirtelXtream @airtelindia So got two calls from airtel.. 2 complaints raised by 2 different executives.. 24 hrs timeline given.. more than 24 hrs now, no resolution reached.. jus fooling continously by false promises.. @DoT_India plz take action
