No extra days as guaranteed, internet still 50% less than what I am paying for.

And we cannot even talk to the customer care executive? This is not the type of service we pay for, fix my issue ASAP.

But till now no engineer is assigned or any communication from them. The earlier request was closed without fulfilling my request too.
