    @airtelindia Your fiber optics network is getting pathetic day by day, too many disconnections and outages. When I ask to change my modem I am told it's perfectly fine and you will be charged for changing it. No service just monthly charges

    @ViCustomerCare I'm unable to browse any thing with this stupid network & when trying to contact customer care executive there response is 'sorry for your inconvenience there's some technical issue'. Resolve my problem ASAP. Else it won't take much time to port w @airtelindia

    @airtelindia 4 months back I applied for a new connection with a monthly plan of 799+taxes and paid 3 months upfront without questions. Unable to use it completely. Pathetic service ,pathetic staff with no properly solution. @Airtel_Presence @TRAI
