@airtelindia Can you please explain the rationale behind stupid and worthless decision of making outgoing SMS only on recharges of ₹129 and above. I wish to send only a single SMS. Let me know in writing why I should spend ₹129 for a single SMS when I can do same for max ₹1.5

@airtelindia Hi, the Service Request No. 31-3774022139523 related to Network, we are unable to make any calls from past 2 weeks. No resolution, and the ticket has been closed.
