@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia booked complaint no 1121554358 and there is no resolve with multiple calls. Sent email there is no follow up. Spoke to 2 managers no resolution. Can someone resolve my billing issue

@airtelindia I have logged a compliant on feb 27,2021 and still Iam yet to see a light on the solution , I get only calls saying issue will be issued but seems sit will take a year or more for Airtel to find a solution # i was told i don’t pay bill my services will penalty

@airtelindia Horrible customer care response. Raised query on 10th march and still unresolved and doesn't looks like any one is interested in looking at it even. Just same automated reply every day "Our technical team is looking at it and will get resolved in 24-48 hours".
