Is this what @airtelindia is about? Got a tower just 2kms away but still the network is horrible. Now just don't tell me that your technical guy will call me because that call never comes. Please do something about it. It's that bad that can't even check whatsapp stories

Since Morning my Airtel number is not working as sim is showing Invalid. Since morning I have escalated this issue to @airtelindia but all in vain. Even they dont know the exact reason for the same. Pathetic services by Airtel.

Now @airtelindia informed me to visit nearest store but many times I informed them that Airtel store is very Far from my location, after that again they assured me for resolution. Till time 13:37 I have not get any call or email from Airtel that when I will get my new sim.
