@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The people of Jharkhand must be careful of overcharging by Airtel on new Broadband DSL connection , specially at Dhanbad. While Airtel unable to provide landline service why they not reduced monthly charges as Landline is part of TOTAL OFFERING ?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia I had raised request 1.5 months ago but Airtel is least bothered to take any action on it until I escalated the matter n still only I have been at it n following up to the T. With great difficulty you hv installed fiber but why can't you fix both the issues together? ????
