  @airtelindia I paid my bill yesterday and transaction was successful from bank end but it’s showing failed in airtel app. I connected with airtel customer support and my call was on hold for 30 minutes and no one responded on that. Is this expected after using airtel for 13 years

  @airtelindia @airtelnews @bhartiairtelfdn airtel service is very poor and weak. i have 3 airtel connections in my house and none of them have proper network nor can i talk to anyone.
