Shame on you @Airtel_Presence. It’s been 12 days and there’s still no solution to the ongoing TV glitch issue. No technician assigned, no proper response, absolutely no accountability. This is unacceptable service. Looping in @airtelindia and requesting escalation to the nodal officer immediately. 2+ days of no broadband from @airtelindia and still no engineer, no real update — just repeated “wait 24 hours.” This is not service, this is harassment. I’ve already faced income loss because of this negligence. @DoT_India @TRAI please intervene.

@airtelindia Booked Airtel AirFiber after paying ₹1500 online and shared exact installation location during booking. Now installation team says connection cannot be provided due to 5G network issue and box being across the road.
