    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews ​SR 11029309219 is now 3 days old. You just abruptly pushed the fix to May 4th without consent. Solid red LOS, Bangalore. This is unacceptable. Fix it today or I am switching to ACT/Jio and filing a complaint with NCH.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, if this is the level of service you're going to provide, it would honestly be better to stop selling SIMs altogether. One complaint hasn't been resolved for 3 months straight. This is not service, it's negligence.

    I want to stick to @airtelindia as 5G connectivity is poor in my locality, while I travel in train. 5G network should also improve. I can't take official call in @MicrosoftTeams using Airtel 5G connection. I can't listen to friends but they can't listen to me. Voice gets chopped.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is to inform you I will be formally lodging a grievance with consumer forum as there has been no effort to resolve the outstanding issue. I have reached out to Airtel Store, Appellate authority, X dm everything. I will also be porting my existing Airtel Black connection to Jio. Being a long time customer of Airtel brings no value and its only fair I port my existing family members connection from Airtel to Jio.

    @airtelindia Very poor service. My brother was told he can reopen Airtel Payments Bank account from any store. Alaknanda store sent him to Lajpat Nagar office, where they asked money then said account cannot open due to system issue. Staff was rude. Please take action.

    I have been facing an issue with @airtelindia services that whenever the power goes out within few minutes the cellular data services goes down with it, I can understand that wifi is dependent on power but why cellular. Tried caling cstr care but in vain. Can I complain to @trai

    It's already been 3 days and Airtel hasn't activated the connection. The most unfortunate thing is that the team is also not picking up the call and is unable to answer on status. Such a pathetic service, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
