    Hey @airtelindia . Last Tuesday I availed your Xstream services. Due to some technical issues the service provider said that it will take couple of days for the installation. And then it's more than 8 days now. I m still without the broadband services.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had recharged the number 8197068148 and the ₹3997 got debited for international roaming. However the number did not get recharged. The user is in Europe and needs urgent help. Please help me to track this payment and get the recharge done. 🙏🙏

    @airtelindia Being an Airtel user for more than a decade , I choose to put trust your services and I was patient enough but yours guys were very rude and they disconnected the calls and gave me false sense of assurance .
