    @airtelindia sim stopped working suddenly. Have no idea what went wrong. Haven't removed the sim from phone in over a year and didn't cause any damage either. It just stopped working suddenly. Any idea why this happened and how to ensure this doesn't happen again?

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews try to solve my VoLTE issue. After upgrading from prepaid to postpaid I have been facing network issues and VoLTE issue. Called customer care about this but they are blaming handset, which works with other sim cards. Solve it pls.

    @airtelindia while calling on 121 and I select to talk to customer representative via IVR, it tells me that you don’t enough balance to talk. Now should I recharge something else to talk to customer care. Pathetic.
