@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I don't understand why postpaid customer's Zee5 subscription has ended on 14 Aug 2020. I can see some of my friends using prepaid are still able to access Zee5. May I know the specific reason for this.

@airtelindia sim stopped working suddenly. Have no idea what went wrong. Haven't removed the sim from phone in over a year and didn't cause any damage either. It just stopped working suddenly. Any idea why this happened and how to ensure this doesn't happen again?

Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews try to solve my VoLTE issue. After upgrading from prepaid to postpaid I have been facing network issues and VoLTE issue. Called customer care about this but they are blaming handset, which works with other sim cards. Solve it pls.

@airtelindia continuously facing issues with the broadband connection. Each time I complain, the speed improves for a few days and then it is back to an average of 18-20mbps. Today the speed is 3mbps when I have a 40mbps plan. Pathetic service and you guys are fooling customers.

@Baavree @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why did you get Jio connection in the first place? Was it a favour to Jio? Once you go to other net work you will realise the difference in cost and service. Either you will suffer or you will come back to Jio.
