    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am complaining about area network issue from FEBRUARY 2019 but there is no improvement. If u can’t do anything then tell us we can shift to another network. Just clear the Things!

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence My no is not working from yesterday morning. Issued new sim but still same problem no incoming & no outgoing. No solution from Airtel store. Completely helpless #7836899000. kindly help to resolve the issue. Thanks.

    @airtelindia @rsprasad So Airtel offering Platinum network with extra charges,other lakhs of regular customers are just abandoneds.Hell of the network u have. call drops,no network,internet disconnections..I’m BJP supporter but sorry I want unintrupputed network Ravi sir.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence On One Hand Airtel is promoting special service to Platinum user and I am platinum user from last 1.5 years and having same network issue. I can’t make even call by 4G network. To make call I have to switch to 2G network.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    I raised a request to remove my DTH service and add IPTV to my Airtel Black plan. I even paid ₹500 for this change. However, it has been weeks now, and neither the Airtel store executive nor the Airtel app has been able to resolve the issue. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Not acceptable @airtelindia Dont you have any SLA's? Internet went off at 5am 29Apr & you resolve by 4pm 30 Apr? Loss of 2 full work days. This is happening in the most prime area of #Pune. No engineers available to address the issue. Really sad state of affairs. Unbelievable.

    @airtelindia today I have contacted customer care for cancellation of my request of broadband connection, due to unjustified delay in shifting but they have abruptly disconnected call instead of accepting my request for cancellation. A very good treatment to long association

    @Airtel_Presence I have been in contact with your customer care team but one has proper TAT. The internet is now down since 2+ days which is more than 50 hrs. Do you think this is professional behaviour from @airtelindia to seat on an issue for these may hours.
