    @airtelindia Your current service is pathetic- it is 2G or below. Before improving the present status you are rolling out 5G. Present infrastructure needs dramatic improvement before we citizens welcome 5G.

    @airtelindia very bad services, promise for Amazon prime with new connection, but now denied. Further, not able to call customer care executive. There is no option to talk to customer care in ivr. Made a complaint through airtel thanks app, the same has been closed without inform

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence suna hain ki airtel is rolling 5G in India. Pehle 4G ka stable signaling and speed kardo. 5G ka naam se phir packages bada dega aap but same 2G network. On the other hand your competitor will boast something new 5GG but same scene as 4G at the end.

    @HiHyderabad In our locality even 4G network keeps struggling I hve to first do the UPI payment prior to purchase or else had to face embarassment if payment not done due to poor network Thanks to @airtelindia Many times I had given complaint about this but Dey r least bother about customer
