@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence On One Hand Airtel is promoting special service to Platinum user and I am platinum user from last 1.5 years and having same network issue. I can’t make even call by 4G network. To make call I have to switch to 2G network.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am complaining about area network issue from FEBRUARY 2019 but there is no improvement. If u can’t do anything then tell us we can shift to another network. Just clear the Things!

@airtelindia @rsprasad So Airtel offering Platinum network with extra charges,other lakhs of regular customers are just abandoneds.Hell of the network u have. call drops,no network,internet disconnections..I’m BJP supporter but sorry I want unintrupputed network Ravi sir.

My family and I have been airtel postpaid customers for over a decade. Ridiculous service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. After explaining that senior citizens dont have a functioning landline or internet, they rely on sending templatised sms' about a further 48 hrs downtime!

@airtelindia Hi we are totally unhappy with the poor customer service, even after repeated requests your people failed to improve the signal strength in our area. When we switch over to another network you are not allowed us to other company services at the same time you don't .
