    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am complaining about area network issue from FEBRUARY 2019 but there is no improvement. If u can’t do anything then tell us we can shift to another network. Just clear the Things!

    @airtelindia i hv issue with volte since 15 days, hv lodged SR through app and also visted store, store ppl say we cant do any thing , it has to be done from customer care. I m unable to connect with customer care over call, my SR is open since 15 days. Issue not resolved. #bad

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia apart from the pathetic services,the worst thing about Airtel is that it does not even give response after lodging the complaints.I have been telling from last 6 months that internet in here is equivalent to 2G but i have not received any response

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What a worse broadband service, Been more than 3 months I'm facing constant issues with internet, getting super slow just for 2 users, frequent disconnections + Hours of waiting time with your worse service center, refer to DM for more details.

    @airtelindia Only showing fake advertisement for best services .personally I have been trying to resolve my issue since 26 may 2022 morning regarding Xpress fiber internet issue but no one visited to resolve it. they only announce date and engineer visit .Very bad sevice

    @airtelindia Worst internet service provider. No internet service in Benipur Varanasi. Focus on customer service and satisfaction rather than profit. Worst service.

    @Airtel_Presence Ported my VI sim into @airtelindia due to request from Airtel employee, after some days existing sim was discontinued, now unable to activate new Airtel sim as it's showing no network

    @airtelindia what's going on??? Your customer care never responded..I recharged my phone 3 times still it is not reflecting meither I'm getting my money back..and when I tried calling customer care my call cut,need my money back..Now I want to port because of this worst service

    @airtelindia I'm totally fedup with your broadband services in my area. I recharge for around 3 months and more than 1 month I have to either register complaints about loss of connection or low network coverage. Due to your lack of network coverage I have to suffer.

    @cum_rao59 @airtelindia Can not agree more Mr Rao. However I agree with your approach to fight for service. I am going to do same. I am planning to complain in consumer court for poor service delivery. Same time I am planning to take second connection from a reliable provider and claim as damages.

    @airtelindia @therealkapildev You guys should first get your 4g networks fixed then promote 5g. Pathetic network and services can’t even make calls properly.
