@airtelindia @rsprasad So Airtel offering Platinum network with extra charges,other lakhs of regular customers are just abandoneds.Hell of the network u have. call drops,no network,internet disconnections..I’m BJP supporter but sorry I want unintrupputed network Ravi sir.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am complaining about area network issue from FEBRUARY 2019 but there is no improvement. If u can’t do anything then tell us we can shift to another network. Just clear the Things!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence On One Hand Airtel is promoting special service to Platinum user and I am platinum user from last 1.5 years and having same network issue. I can’t make even call by 4G network. To make call I have to switch to 2G network.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's impossible to connect to your customer care. I am looking to change to eSIM but it says my email is not registered. Inspite of going to the airtel store and updating, no luck. On the other hand @JioCare is so reliable and effortless support.

@airtelindia Why is your customer service so pathetic to keep calling customer multiple time a day for broadband bill payment 7days before due date stating payment not made. After informing multiple time again the same happening next day. Frustrated.

@airtelindia worst service. I ported my Vodafone number to Airtel because my friend recommended me however after porting in 3 months my number got deactivated. Now the Ahmedabad team states since it's a MH number u need to go there and the MH ppl say it can be done in GUJ.
