@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence On One Hand Airtel is promoting special service to Platinum user and I am platinum user from last 1.5 years and having same network issue. I can’t make even call by 4G network. To make call I have to switch to 2G network.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@airtelindia @rsprasad So Airtel offering Platinum network with extra charges,other lakhs of regular customers are just abandoneds.Hell of the network u have. call drops,no network,internet disconnections..I’m BJP supporter but sorry I want unintrupputed network Ravi sir.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am complaining about area network issue from FEBRUARY 2019 but there is no improvement. If u can’t do anything then tell us we can shift to another network. Just clear the Things!

@airtelindia I want to activate esim on my iphone XR so added my email id again and its been 3 days since I validated through my email but its still not updated. Tried raising issue through your app and also calling ur paid CS line but there is no option to select this issue

@airtelindia Unable to get a new SIM in place of damaged SIM. store and customer care says there is no provision to capture change in name after marriage is system. @Airtel_Presence why do you people ask for outdated documents and irrelevant data instead of providing solution.
