  @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia, from past 3 days I haven’t faced any network issues. I don’t know what you did for this but it is very great help to me. I hope this will continue long even though you get more number of customers.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your scams are terrible, morning the person from Samantarapur office called and assured the installation of the device in lieu of cash payment. The person is a senior citizen and cant do online payment. Now he says I will collect cash and install

  With no wifi service since the 19th May 2026. Multiple connects with the customer service team. engineer scheduled 2-3 times. None turned up ever. Fed up, placed disconnection request. "Backend" cancelled without consulting. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #Consumercourt #airtel

  @sbhansali @airtelindia I have faced the same issue and recently got to know thats its never unlimited its 3300 GB data only and Airtel doesn't have functionality to provide daily data usage they can only tell last 10 days of usage that too on call not even a msg or email

  @airtelindia asked me to share all the details via DM. I sent everything yesterday, but there has been absolutely no response so far. It's been days of follow-ups, repeated calls to customer support, and still no resolution. Customers are asked to wait again and again while nothing gets done. @Airtel_Presence #AirtelSCAM
