Where as some times their will be no signal and it is shutdown for more than 10 mins, it is not once it twice it has been happen many times from past 2 months🙏🏻🙏🏻

Customer care team closed the ticket without doing any of these. Raised the same request with @airtelindia DTH team , they completed the request in 2 days. Fiber team is bad.
