    @airtelindia Advertising as the fastest 5G Network in India, when it comes to reality the networking is very slow. Where as some times their will be no signal and it is shutdown for more than 10 mins, it is not once it twice it has been happen many times from past 2 months🙏🏻🙏🏻

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , mistakenly added topup to my postpaid number and immediately called the customer support team. They say the transaction cannot be reversed. It's not a small amount...not the kind of customer support i was expecting.

    @airtelindia your field engineers are denying visiting the site to resolve the issue and everytime I call to customer support they just say "sorry for the inconvenience sir, please wait your issue will be resolved probably in sometime". Probably!!! What the heck is this?

    Their technical have already take back the device and after informing 10 to 20 times to airtel they keep calling me to pickup the device. I don't know what is happening bit @airtelindia is now taking his customer response so lightly. I will recommend everyone to use @reliancejio
