    @airtelindia Advertising as the fastest 5G Network in India, when it comes to reality the networking is very slow. Where as some times their will be no signal and it is shutdown for more than 10 mins, it is not once it twice it has been happen many times from past 2 months🙏🏻🙏🏻

    @airtelindia @TRAI I have the proof as the recording of the issue in the app. Even the Airtel store agent couldn't do it via the app. I've been trying to reach out to customer care via email since I'm unable to make any calls , not even the customer care number is accessible, still no help provided

    Very disappointed with @airtelindia Airtel Air Fiber service in Surat. My internet disconnects 2–3 times every day and complaint is already registered since 16 May 2026 but still NO proper resolution provided.

    Hey @airtelindia, need some help here. I’m on an active Unlimited 5G plan and my phone is clearly connected to the 5G network, yet my app shows 0 MB of 2 GB left and says 100% data is used. Why is my unlimited 5G not kicking in? Please look into this. 📱❌ #AirtelDown #Airtel5G
