Where as some times their will be no signal and it is shutdown for more than 10 mins, it is not once it twice it has been happen many times from past 2 months🙏🏻🙏🏻

Interesting choice of words too — calling it a “request” instead of a complaint subtly shifts the mindset from “customer issue to be fixed” to “favor to be granted.” Customers paying monthly rental are not asking for charity; they are paying for a service. If service is unavailable for days, why should customers pay full monthly rent? Will Airtel waive charges for the 15-day disruption period? @Airtel_Presence
