Past few having been trying to change the Airtel xstream plan @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Neither is app working nor the website. Not allowing to lower down the plan and shows "sorry try again". Apparently only allows to upgrade plan. Pretty shady stuff

I should be given liberty to port my number again to other network within 90 days if a service provider is not able to provide satisfactory services and isn't able to resolve my issue in 10 days. @airtelindia @MIB_India @TRAI
