    @airtelindia I have requested AIRTEL IPTV service on 22.04.2026. paid the requisite charges. But till date 30.04.2026 nothing hasbeen done. I am using AIRTEL service since long but never experienced such poor service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I would like to cancel my wifi connection. Why is it so hard, I can find a dozen of options to opt for a new connection in your app, messages.etc but none to disconnect. Raising a complaint here to disconnect my wifi.

    Been trying to shift my Airtel WiFi just 1 km away — it’s been a week with ZERO resolution. No updates, no accountability. But the moment you request a new connection, you get flooded with calls instantly. @airtelindia @airtelnews Clearly, existing customers don’t matter.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Spoke with customer support today — no meaningful action taken. Is Airtel actually resolving issues or just closing tickets to meet SLAs? This kind of experience defeats the purpose of being an Airtel Black customer.

    I have been facing an issue with @airtelindia services that whenever the power goes out within few minutes the cellular data services goes down with it, I can understand that wifi is dependent on power but why cellular. Tried caling cstr care but in vain. Can I complain to @trai
