    @airtelindia There is no way you can speak to Airtel customer care. I am trying to reach from 2 days but I only hear automated voice.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia To top this it took uncountably painful number of attempts to reach your customer care and then more than 45 mins to explain to them that there was an issue and they needed to take conplaint. Extremely disappointed.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Resolution of setup box hanging intermittently:- Factory data reset every 2-3 months as it is an Android OS as this is a feature of it and we do it on our phones too. Wrst ever tech resolution given by technician. Loose data nd reset. 10101011795804

    Since Airtel is not providing complaint number to their customers, very soon "0" complainant show in there system. I visited store, I called 198, but no complaint registered. And my issue is still there. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia problem arise 3 to 4 times in a month in Varanasi There's is no Landline services with Airtel broadband even no Lineman Received call and no customer care executive received call from customer. So why should I not switch to other network?

    @airtelindia I tried to call customer care and they told me that I have to come to India and change my sim card. How is that possible in this covid situation? Also In Order to  book or pay I need the OTP. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    @TRAI @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence airtel xstream fiber breakdown once in 15 days and your team took approx 15-20 hours to fix it. Does airtel use made in China fiber?My service request no. Is 133491946
