@airtelindia The absolute worst service provider I've come across! After putting multiple disconnection requests they just don't want to remove the connection. They keep retaining the connection without i forming and keep sending new bills. Totally pathetic customer care!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Broadband disconnection is frequent in our area and has been going on for last few days. Several service requests have been raised and those are resolved in some hours and the connection is back online. Please help, this hampers our work a lot.
