Airtel is selling it's cards & service here @ Dapoli, but they aren't having any arrangement to solve customer complaints in the periphery of ~ 70 km. Not getting my 4G card and old one is made out of service. @TRAI @JagoGrahakJago_ @JagoGrahakJagoo @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Thank you! The issue was resolved. The number was converted from postpaid to prepaid successfully! If only the earlier 198 customer care representative & people at Airtel Care center were knowledgeable & less involved in blame-game, this would have been a better experience.

When your broadband is not working @airtelindia is the Government and its technician is PM Modi. “Our technician will call you (even if you are very busy at that time). No, no sorry we can’t share his number”. Just like the PM calling you if you are lucky but never vice versa.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today i had gone to Airtel Care center on Lokmanya Tilak rd, Mulund East on advice of 198 cc representative. There the cc rep named Arjun was being extremely rude and not helpful at all. He did not troubleshoot the issue, kept on shouting at me. 1/2

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I followed up to customer care, Appellate, social media - all possible options till date & now I gave timeline to appellate team to resolve this issue in 48hrs, otherwise will select alternate option. Informing u to STOP taking gunda approach
