    Airtel is selling it's cards & service here @ Dapoli, but they aren't having any arrangement to solve customer complaints in the periphery of ~ 70 km. Not getting my 4G card and old one is made out of service. @TRAI @JagoGrahakJago_ @JagoGrahakJagoo @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Excessive call dropping from @airtelindia sim, had raised a ticket on their app but they closed it in 10 days without even taking my feedback. No option in IVR to talk to them, no option to live chat. Why are you providing such bad customer experience?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how airtel is claiming dedicated support service, it's more than 20 days and one small issue is not solved by customer support. Ticket got close without giving proper reason. Very poor support and best part is to put call on hold & never get back.

    @airtelindia Airtel wao you are claiming that you are the best providers in India. But your services are so bad that it could not reach in heart of mohali. I am living in mohali and I am using your service from last 4 years. And I am continuously making complaints that I have signal issue.

    @airtelindia Your iOS application is so bad, I have used the option to request a callback two times but no one called. This is regarding my broadband and dth connection. Call me asap. Bill is more than my expected plan. I am planning to go switch to another provider!! #Airtel
