    Airtel is selling it's cards & service here @ Dapoli, but they aren't having any arrangement to solve customer complaints in the periphery of ~ 70 km. Not getting my 4G card and old one is made out of service. @TRAI @JagoGrahakJago_ @JagoGrahakJagoo @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Dear concern Why you call 198 as a complaint helpline. When I tried to caling on 198 for some help, it will start telling my balance validity etc etc. Which I don't need. And when I tried to connect to helpline there is no option there.

    As airtel promises to Complaint 0 movement, at first I thought that it will reduce all the complaint and solve the issue. But no airtel stop taking complaint from customer so that no one can complaint and airtel has 0 complaint. Brilliant games @airtelindia 👍 @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have port my no from jio to airtel since after then I am not able to activate my imessage and facetime. Please help other wise I will have to go back to Jio again.
