    @thirankumar1 @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate I too used BSNL to support it but as it has only 2G services in our area so i have to use unwillingly @Airtel_Presence for internet service. But 80% of my call and 90% of SMS recieved on BSNL...🙂🙂🙂👍

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews cheating customer with not recharging. Took my 198Rs and 149Rs not refunding neither doing recharge. I have sent lots of email but not received money back nor recharge. Its been more than week now.

    @airtelindia Very dissatisfied service provided for airtel Xtreme can't even change the faulty router even after complaining. No customer service from past 3 days evem after calling for the same. Atleast router provided by jio are better than the service provided by Airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia my parents raised a request for broadband disconnection on 5th July but the customer care did not raise a ticket . Now , they have sent them a bill . Why do you not keep a disconnect button in the app so that we can avoid such issue ?

    @airtelindia @airtelbank @Airtel_Presence #Chortel #Scammertel Even after requesting for deactivation of service they don't do it, so that they can charge their customers for the service which the user don't want. They just feel sorry for the inconvenience, but does nothing.

    @airtelindia After very jard efforts I got connected to Custmomer care before a week bit the person was suggesting worst techniques as a solution like switching off data and all what I already know.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia An additional billing of Rs 31 has been done on my number. Please waive off Rs 31. In the name of voice special number you are just looting the customer. When I have unlimited plan it means unlimited.
