    @thirankumar1 @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate I too used BSNL to support it but as it has only 2G services in our area so i have to use unwillingly @Airtel_Presence for internet service. But 80% of my call and 90% of SMS recieved on BSNL...🙂🙂🙂👍

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews cheating customer with not recharging. Took my 198Rs and 149Rs not refunding neither doing recharge. I have sent lots of email but not received money back nor recharge. Its been more than week now.

    @TechnicalGuruji @airtelindia Yes worst speed. Even i compaint more than 100 times. I am postpaid user since last 7 years. They will never take care. They want to loot nothing else

    Thank God I never did any financial transactions with @airtelbank. But I know people who use @airtelindia services, and I’ll definitely share this X post with them n advise them to stay away from any transactions. This is nothing short of harassment of customers. Shame!

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, your “unlimited 4G/5G” has become unlimited frustration. Extremely slow internet, and every complaint gets the same “location issue” excuse. Been a loyal customer for years, but loyalty clearly has no value now. Time to port.

    @airtelindia Just had a fantastic experience. Consumers can buy an International roaming, but can’t cancel it in advance. Customer support staff denied to guide how to deactivate. This is new way of harassment.

    @airtelindia For the last 5 days I have been unable to use the internet. There is only one option of using the internet is to call someone then only I can use it. Why I have paid 1029 Rs. For the last 5 days your customer support keeps telling me that in 4 hours it will work.

    @airtelindia how many times do I need to cancel a DTH connection to stop getting billed for it? I have cancelled in in February through the app, then again in Mar, then called customer service in Apr. The device has been picked up from me, and yet I keep getting billed
