    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews cheating customer with not recharging. Took my 198Rs and 149Rs not refunding neither doing recharge. I have sent lots of email but not received money back nor recharge. Its been more than week now.

    @thirankumar1 @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate I too used BSNL to support it but as it has only 2G services in our area so i have to use unwillingly @Airtel_Presence for internet service. But 80% of my call and 90% of SMS recieved on BSNL...🙂🙂🙂👍

    Hey @airtelindia, I'm really disappointed with your service. I'm paying for a 5G plan, but I consistently receive only 4G connectivity. If the network isn't delivering 5G speeds and coverage, what's the justification for charging customers for a 5G service?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Getting that automated message from the home ministry once in a day or once in a while is understandable. Getting it everytime when outgoing call is placed is ridiculous. This can be trouble for someone in an emergency. Can you guys relook at this

    @reliancejio @JioCare the wifi is sooo bad!! Can't do anything real time with soo much ping spike! Seems it's a loophole. The testing platforms don't survey the hops and PING spikes get ignored. @airtelindia - would like to explore broadband options

    @airtelindia Dear team, My Airtel Wi-Fi ID 0174429285677 .it's very very third class service by airtel .many many times airtel wifi not working and when I complaint after that it worked .it's very biggest mistake by me we use airtel wifi .today also we face same problem

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been facing severe internet connectivity issues since the last 1.5 months with Service Request number 11030831844. I have reported it many times but every time a new SR is raised and I am told some engineer will visit but no-one does.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why is there so much delay in the installation of wifi & IPTV and the response of call. 3-4 calls/day from customer care regarding ads., every time they note my complaint for escalation, but still the problem unresolved. 😡😡
