They slapped a bill of more than INR 9k for data usage which they themselves had mentioned was free under some BS campaign of theirs. Extremely unreliable and poor service. MNP'd my numbers as soon as I could.

We hardly use mobile data because we are almost always connected to Wi-Fi.
