    @airtelindia mnp was done.... Network is there in the new sim but televerification couldn’t be done... tried multiple times to call 59059.. please look into the matter..

    How do you allow fraud within the network? Ticket 31-1000014389228 . Two hour international call added In my May Bill. There's is separate line item at the same time for a local call. Till now you have not been able to tell me how that's possible. You are just closing the ticket saying billing is correct. How can a operator of your size allow fraud within your network? On top of that I was told my complaint is legit and I will get the refund in my next bill. You have closed the ticket with a different comment saying bill is correct. Know after the second bill it's too late to address old bill complaint? This is crazy @airtelindia

    There is no or very poor @airtelindia network in my area. I had logged a complaint but @airtelindia closed the ticket without fixing the issue did not even contact me to check if the issue is resolved. This is how @airtelindia works these days

    @airtelindia shifting of connection requests is pending for more than a week. Shifting to three streets away is not possible by @airtelindia . Pls look into it or otherwise cancel my connection. I will order new wifi from jio.

    @airtelindia Reminder that this problem has persisted for 15 days. Still no action has been taken on your behalf. If this complaint does not get resolved within the next 24 hrs, we will change our service provider, and will take you to consumer court.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet down since last Friday. Multiple complaints raised—each time promised resolution in 5–6 hrs, but still no fix. No engineer visits yet, and calls now disconnect saying “update ongoing.” This is extremely frustrating. Please resolve ASAP.
