    Really frustrating experience with @reliancejio and @airtelindia Air Fibre. Cancelled Jio due to long delays, switched to Airtel—now facing even worse delays. Agents say no stock is available. Extremely disappointing service. We deserve better for what we are paying. @DoT_India

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence A company which claims for fastest network speed and for unlimited 5G they are just handicapped to provide a solution of network related issue and for last 12 days there so-called network team is working on it..seriously?just ridiculous

    @airtelindia It’s been 34 hours and my Airtel WiFi is still not working. Contacted support 8 times—each time I was told a technician would visit “soon.” Received calls from 4 different technicians, but all said it’s not their service area and passed it on.
