@airtelindia i m airtelblack customer. Having both xtream fibre and digital tv connection. From past one week i made 3 to 4 calls to customer care about my remote non working but no one is came yet. Shocked all my complaint tickets closed which till unslolved..very poor service.

@airtelindia My Airtel sim card has stopped working, any device is unable to read the sim card. Despite continuous complaint raised on the Airtel thanks app, my issue has not been solved till now. Disappointed by the service.
