It’s enough of being patient about @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia relocating my WiFi connection to a new place. The request was placed on 29 March 2026 and it’s 11 Apr today. Enough of Customer Care calling, Twitter Complaints. Nothing worked. Finally taken decision to give chance

I have realized I don’t need a dumb AI answering my customer service issues!! Companies aren’t improving their ****** AI, deploying terrible service in the name of AI. Please stop this. It takes forever to reach a human man. @airtelindia is the pioneer when it comes to this.

@airtelindia My broadband issue (Wi-Fi ID: 04025753646) remains unresolved despite repeated complaints. Service commitments were made but not honored, and my internet is still down. This is unacceptable. Escalating this publicly until action is taken.
