    I raised the request for shifting my Airtel xstream fiber on 3rd march, 2023. But it's been one week everytime when I call the customer care they tell me that withing 24hrs your shifting will be done... @gopalvithalani @airtelindia As a customer, I expect better service.

    @airtelindia From yesterday my internet is not there. I have tried to reach customer care for more than 5 times and they told me to wait only. I am unable to work since yesterday. Pathetic service by airtel. Ticket number - 10148311469

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is there anything you could do to stop spam callers. If I activate DND service I face issues with receiving OTPs.

    Recently, I made rechrg on my @airtelindia no, but rechrg wasn't credited due to technical glitch. After that I connected with Customer care, they said ur amount will be refund. Please made another rechrg & in the evening they credited double rechrg & refused to refund my amount.

    @Airtel_Presence Replying on tweet so that everyone can see that you care for customers but no reply on private message. Not expected such a poor service and follow up for customers . If this poor service continues I might have to port to some other network . @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what kind of pathetic service persons you have? You are advertising that within a day you’ll do Airtel xtream installation, I paid 3 months amount 3 days back. Nobody bats an eye. 😒 I should have think carefully before paying you
