@airtelindia I recently shifted my house and in this area if there is power cut the network also will be down. I mean is this some kind of joke. We pay hundreds of rupees to recharge and this is the service you give us?

@airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence are running a good SCAM of closing complaint cases in the backend. Have been calling all sorts of numbers given by customer care for the past month. You guys have become worse than govt banks. Just bouncing their customer from one CCE to another.
