@airtelindia Hi, service request # 12674668 to resolve broadband issue is still pending since yesterday. Your engineer Raju was telling he will reach the premises in 20 mins since 12.30pm, now he switched off his phn. Very bad experience. ACT fibernet was much better

@airtelindia I am an airtel customer . There is sufficient balance but unfortunately I am to unable to receive calls , make calls nor send messages when I am abroad. I am in Oman . It was active when the service was under Vodafone during the last 10 years even when am abroad

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia after speaking with your executive Ms Mariam regarding my problem that it shall get resolved within 24 hrs... till now no action has been taken. As asked provided you paytm receipt also which was acknowledged. Then y so much delay ??
