    @airtelindia what kind of service are you providing ,Airtel broadband Shift connection request put on 20th , schedule to be done on 24th,no one came,no calls 25th no one came no calls 26th complained 2 Timesa still no resolution Is this the service you are providing?

    Shared all details with #Airtel as asked. Result? Complaint closed again without resolution. Still getting <0.50 Mbps on a 100 Mbps plan. No engineer visit. No fix. Is this how customer issues are “resolved”? #ServiceFailure @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence #AirtelBlack

    @airtelindia My airfiber is giving less than 10mbps, none of your customer service number are picking up calls, phone numbers given on Airtel thanks app are dead and not in use, 24x7 chat help is useless as I have raised this issue 10 times and no one shows up. Please fix this

    @Airtel_Presence Complaint is pending since April 16, 2026 with the "relevant team" which is unable to resolve Call Forward problem which I am facing since many days on my both @airtelindia Numbers

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wifi is not working since yesterday, unable to reach customer care. The ivr simply says that they are upgrading their systems& inconvenience regretted. Ours is air fibre. what is the issue. Worst experience. #chennai #Airtel #airtelbroadband

    @airtelindia We requested a Wi-Fi shift at the same address, but no one has visited yet. It has been 2 days since the request was raised. Request ID: 11029002926 Kindly look into this and arrange support at the earliest.

    My Requirements, Technical Resolution: A permanent fix within 24 hours, including a technician visit to check the physical line or ONT/Router health. Service Credit: A waiver/discount on my upcoming bill equivalent to the downtime experienced. 2/4 @airtelindia @raghav_chadha

    @airtelindia after disconnection of Wi-Fi and DTH services, i returned the set top box as well the Wi-Fi instrument on March 29. 2026. Called customer service team & written several mails with regard to the deposit refund. Have not received any response yet. Kindly look into this
