@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please improve your thanks app. It never loads, all I see is white screen with dummy menus that never open, regardless of how fast the internet is. For the prices you're charging country wide, this is the least you can do. @MIB_India

Hey @airtelindia facing worst signal problems ever. Unable to connect to #VodafoneIdea network. Need to call twice to connect to other networks. Internet speed also not at all good. Increasing 20-25% on teriff for 5G is OK. But, what about 4G/3G/2G? You totally neglected it😡

@Paytm your FINAL response to all of this is, we can't help. I want to request everyone not to use PAYTM for any transactions. With my experience it seems that if something goes wrong, they won't be liable.@airtelindia very disappointed with your response to this aswell!

@airtelindia The most pathetic app & after care service I m in process of canceling my sim cards and Fibre Order as its next 2 impossible speak to a Human Being 2 get a resolution... if this is da state of affairs @ da start of BB service I can't imagine what I will hav 2 go thru in future...
