    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Poor customer care and service in a race to compete for revenue and profits. Firstly single day international plans get activated without any notice. I had seen this happening in the past and had requested to switch this off.

    @airtelindia I have experienced network outage for 3 times in the last 1 month of installing the wifi connection. All three of them lasted atleast 6 hours and yesterday it was all day long. So will I not be billed for those days or how do you guys plan to compensate that?

    @Airtel_Presence My Airtel Wi-Fi has been down for 2 days and this has happened multiple times before. My work is stuck. Customer care only transfers calls between agents or promises callbacks that never happen. Please resolve this urgently.@airtelindia

    Update from an Airtel Black customer: Today I learned that the most difficult part of customer support isn’t fixing the issue… It’s successfully registering a complaint. IVR: “Let’s go back to the main menu.” App: “Complaint could not be recorded.” 10/10 complaint prevention strategy. 📷 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #AirtelBlack

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I recharged 2GB/day plan, but I am not getting unlimited 5G. I did called customer care multiple times, but no luck. 5G signal in my area is good. Fix this issue immediately.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recently switched to Airtel Priority Postpaid, but I'm still getting the same slow internet speed and network quality as before. No noticeable improvement. Please check and resolve this issue. DM for details. #Airtel
