@airtelindia dear Airtel, your service is extremely awful got a broadband connection last month and trying to get the receipt ever since. Airtel thanks app doesn't work always has a technical error, executives know nothing & helpline numbers are of no use. Extremely disappointed.

@TRAI @airtelindia is activating international roaming packs without customer consent. Customer care cites this as a “rule”. Never thought Airtel could stoop to this level.
