@airtelindia Replying that technical team issue.12/4/2023 they said before evening 6pm resolve.13/4/23 today 11 am I have halled customer care.because no engineer alert for us .now they are saying 4 hrs that is 3 pm today.from 11/4/23 we are facing problems.soundarya cc executive supervisor.

@airtelindia customer care is the worst. Been trying one for the past one hour to deactivate/block a lost sim and the customercare numbers are doing absolutely nothing. It's so shocking to see companies are taking a customer's security as a trivial matter.
