Worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life is by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. The staff literally acts like frauds. Store Staff says we can't help, drop mail. You never get a solution through mail. Call Centre staff says we can't hear you just after listening!

@airtelindia I am an airtel user (8054550949) for long . i recharged on my prepaid number 719 + 455 = 1174 rs , for 6months validity but in turn i get a validity of only three months. I talked to Mr. Vijendra and senior Mr. Krishna but doesn't get any resolution of my problem.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia On top of that the maintenance guy told me last time that, they want users to use only 5G band. I am like dude, your router barely gets that 5G coverage in two living rooms from hall. Rest of area, rooms are barely covered in 2.5ghz. I mean who wants to put up with all that ****!

@airtelindia broadband is quite possibly the worst. Disruptions several times a week. When your services are so irregular, why are we paying for the full month. Perhaps time to shift to Jio. Or even cable broadband.

@airtelindia I am using jio and Airtel in my resmi pro 9 max. If I shift ( swipe) from jio to Airtel it's not working. Only the gbs running out.
