    After 8 years with @Idea network porting to @airtelindia.. hope I won't have any more network issue.. @idea try to keep your network strong.. it's breaking most often.

    It's been 3rd day since I have raised my concern on @airtel fraudulent. I have not received any proper response, nor correct person to talk with. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. so sorry to say, my first experience with Airtel is worst and disappointing.

    @airtelindia @DoT_India I already generated a UPI code, if you cannot provide service, I may switch to jio, I know Jio calls are limited but what is the use having unlimited calls if provider can't provide better coverage

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am an Airtel Black customer and I am not able to use my Internet services from a week and the customer service persons says it will take another 15 days to resolve the issues. Need to rectified. Or else need a full refund on my Next airtel Bill

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia A complaint from last 15 days . Ref no : 11033018916 . It’s 3 days after technician visit and still no resolution . We are following up . Really thought airtel is best ! But getting worse . I think we will shift to Jio

    @airtelindia Frustrated with constant issues with their broadband internet. Constantly under performing (bought a 200mbps plan only to get only about 3-12 mbps) Automated response that doesn’t solve, Call centre folks that I can only reach through a secret route on their complaint engine, magically makes it 200mbs again. They claim they see some obstruction around my wifi router, sitting hundreds of KMs away. Field team never visits, makes excuses. And in a day or 2 the speed will drop back and the look repeats. They have made it a point to under deliver on their promised bandwidth because they know Jio is worse and a consumer has no where else to go.

    @airtelindia 5+ hours without Airtel Xstream Fiber. SR: 11034047221. This outage is affecting my work and critical meetings. Please show bias for action, escalate this immediately, and restore connectivity within the next 30 minutes. Accountability matters.

    @airtelindia @TRAI Now i can see in app that plan will change ti Monthly if not renewed before expiry. It means Airtel is forcing customer to move to Monthly plan smartly by disabling the payment option in app.

    @airtelindia The reason why I posted number ,is to make you understand which connection needs to be fixed .However it seems Airtel customer care is high as hell ,You guys send technician on my other house ..waah 👏
