    It's been 3rd day since I have raised my concern on @airtel fraudulent. I have not received any proper response, nor correct person to talk with. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. so sorry to say, my first experience with Airtel is worst and disappointing.

    @airtelindia @DoT_India I already generated a UPI code, if you cannot provide service, I may switch to jio, I know Jio calls are limited but what is the use having unlimited calls if provider can't provide better coverage

    @airtelindia Worst customer service, I raised complaint against my network n calling related in month of August'21 but still you're saying we're are working on your complaint. From month of August to till now they Said "Sir wait for 15 working days". I don't know when ur 15days will come.

    @airtelindia I got a call from this no +916296503846 stating I have to update KYC documents, If I didn't update means my sim will get blocked in an hour. What Bull **** is this I am sure the call is not from you. Please check on this issue and insist what action I have to take.

    @airtelindia Hight of unresponsiveness , I believe other way to say go to hell. Utterly frustrating. 10 days multiple calls 4 supervisor escalation nothing is moving Frustrated customer
