@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

@airtelindia Why your customer service execs in store saying Portability from VI postpaid to Airtel is not possible and they are saying only Postpaid to Postpaid is possible. When I challenged I ported 2 nos from Postpaid to prepaid they are asking in which store I did?.

Dear @TRAI please ask @Airtel_Presence to refund my money as no service in my area. Also I have lodged complaint many times no action taken yet. @airtelindia thinks they are the only in the market and aren't taking any action. I need my money back for the service I didn't get.
