@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia about 3 month my dongle sim got deactivated suddenly. Today my postpaid sim stopped suddenly & both times I was told to replace sim,which can be done only at airtel stores which is around 150km from my location. totally pathetic service by #airtel.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

@airtelindia since i was using your postpaid network then i was able to use internet over the calls now i switched to prepaid network why i am not able to use internet over the calls.. It means you guys are making fool to prepaid customer that you are providing true 4g network ..
