@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia about 3 month my dongle sim got deactivated suddenly. Today my postpaid sim stopped suddenly & both times I was told to replace sim,which can be done only at airtel stores which is around 150km from my location. totally pathetic service by #airtel.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

@airtelindia I am trying to get airtel broadband connection for over a year,,but every time Airtel executives make silly reasons.Broadband connection box is just 50-60 metres away from my house. It’s not a big deal to install a connection at my house.Please help @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Our office services of Airtel Landline & Broadband are down from Wednesday i.e. 9th February 2022 and Airtel recorded message says it will be up only on 15th February 2022. I think Airtel need to contact us and provide better service. 6 days outage at a time is too much.

@airtelindia I complained on 8 feb regarding my internet not working. It been 5 days, but nothing happen yet. Every-time I call support team your executive just says me to wait for 4 hours but nothing happen. If this issue didn’t resolve I will switch to other operators.
