@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

@JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India Very bad network condition. You talk about 5g while you don't have very good infrastructure for 4g. Internet is very slow. Please improve your current condition which is very bad.

@airtelindia You claim 5G, 4G is not working here. What a service Can't figure it out. Only you people are filling your pockets with our money. Very poor service is available in my area Khushal Gani Mohan Road Lucknow. How can I get 5G in such a situation when 4G is not working.
