Hey @airtelindia, your cover photo says 60 devices one wifi. Apparently, your fiber connections are not even serving a single device. Even mobile 4G is not working, your DEDICATED CUSTOMER SERVICE is pathetic. Raising service requests with no definite timeline.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia facing very bad service from past 10 days low internet speed & very poor voice quality, raised complaint & I think no action taken. My neighbour has a Xtreme Fiber connection but for me in 2 house next the coverage for Broadband is not there!!!

@airtelindia I have three numbers of Airtel but not getting good network some time there is no network in mobile & it impacts my work because of slow internet. My two number's validity expired but I am not able to use my airtel number & internet properly.
