You talk about 5g while you don't have very good infrastructure for 4g. Internet is very slow. Please improve your current condition which is very bad.

Today my postpaid sim stopped suddenly & both times I was told to replace sim,which can be done only at airtel stores which is around 150km from my location. totally pathetic service by #airtel.

When I called Airtel customer service they said they will refund remaining prepaid amount in 45 days. Someone called from Airtel disconnection called and said they won’t.
