@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia about 3 month my dongle sim got deactivated suddenly. Today my postpaid sim stopped suddenly & both times I was told to replace sim,which can be done only at airtel stores which is around 150km from my location. totally pathetic service by #airtel.

@TRAI Since Jan, I am daily receiving multiple telemarketing calls fro @airtelindia for DTH services. Since last 4 days ,no of calls exceed 10 per day. I have requested them to take my name off their calling list but still keep getting calls.Pls treat this as official complaint
