@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

@airtelindia Fiber speed is good for one floor only . Improve wifi range issue as nobody gets wifi range in all rooms .There is miscommunication between customer care and technician as technician says no to install wifi extender at my house after approval by customer care

Very pathetic response on IVR 121. When you promise that Zero Complaints. We now know where this comes from Airtel does not provide a Complaint Number for unplanned outage which is totally against the TRAI guidelines. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
