@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia about 3 month my dongle sim got deactivated suddenly. Today my postpaid sim stopped suddenly & both times I was told to replace sim,which can be done only at airtel stores which is around 150km from my location. totally pathetic service by #airtel.

Well done @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. After booking a service to shift my connection a week ago, and roughly 100 calls to the agent (switched off / wouldn’t answer) and 6 calls to customer care today - nobody showed up or even bothered to call. #disgracefulservice
