@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

@airtelindia net speed is consistently about 1kbps. It used to be lot better but has gone worse recently. This is the second attempt to tweet to you. First tweet failed because the net was so bad. 😓
