@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia about 3 month my dongle sim got deactivated suddenly. Today my postpaid sim stopped suddenly & both times I was told to replace sim,which can be done only at airtel stores which is around 150km from my location. totally pathetic service by #airtel.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia As experiencing network issue on my SIM Card for last two days, now I presume the only solution is to visit Airtel Shop for replacement of SIM but why do I need to pay charges for that as it is not my fault, only thing that keeping the connection.
