@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia about 3 month my dongle sim got deactivated suddenly. Today my postpaid sim stopped suddenly & both times I was told to replace sim,which can be done only at airtel stores which is around 150km from my location. totally pathetic service by #airtel.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

@airtelindia @TRAI Recomplaining regarding very poor network in two phones vicinity, 9412340067 & 9457425567. You give ad of ZERO complaint, but we always suffer for poorest network. Don't give false ad and correct network problems so that we may well use internet connection.
