@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

One of the worst decision I made in my life is choosing AIRTEL BROADBAND. Without my prior intimation they have disconnected my connection and they have blocked my account when I have asked for a shifting request. None picks up calls in Airtel @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
