    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

    @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India Very bad network condition. You talk about 5g while you don't have very good infrastructure for 4g. Internet is very slow. Please improve your current condition which is very bad.

    @airtelindia such pathetic service from Airtel with regards to shifting of broadband..placed request on 28 April and still awaiting for installation of broadband. False commitments were made by supervisor desk and escalation teams. Non responsive Area Managers and Technicians.
