@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

@airtelindia Launching 5G...really? Having 4G connections but connected as 2G. Last 3 months, 3 complain raised but all closed without any resolution, no feedback at all. This way airtel is going towards zero complains. Just busy in doing advertising, nothing else.

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I hardly get 1 bar of signal in my house. not able to receive or make calls without wifi calling which keeps going down once in a while as well. Raised a request on airtel thanks app and also on dm here. but got no response.

@airtelindia LTE CONVERTED TO E SIGNAL.COMPLAINED 2 CUSTOMER CARE BUT AFTER 24 HOURS NO ONE IS RESPONDING AND DATA NETWORK IS LIKE 6-7 KBPS. MORE THAN 4 DAYS I AM FACING THIS PROBLEM. WE THINKS TO GET 5G IN RECENT DEVELOPMENT BUT AIRTEL HAS DOWNGRADED ITS SERVICE FROM LTE TO 2G.

They are not able to resolve the problem. I am staying in well developed area of Pune. Please do the needful.
