@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ph no is 9895555544. Took a new sim today evening. Old sim got disconnected. New sim hasn't been activated. When checked with Customer care, told that it will take 24hrs to activate. That is the new policy. Is this a joke???
