@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

@JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India Very bad network condition. You talk about 5g while you don't have very good infrastructure for 4g. Internet is very slow. Please improve your current condition which is very bad.

@airtelindia at this time in the middle of the night my MNP request to port my jio number to airtel has successfully completed. The problem is now I cannot make any phone calls and your 59095 number just disconnects and I am receiving a class 0 message saying try again later. 🥺

@airtelindia eating my money. Internet speed is 2kB/s. Very disappointed take an action or I port my number soon. I am getting 1.5 GB per day but not able to finish 1.5 GB in a month due to bad network and speed. Call quality is also down.😔
