    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge on 9801390652 for rs 379 via Airtel thanks app. The balance was deducted but I don't see this transaction anywhere on Airtel thanks app. I raised a SR and within no time it was closed without any resolution.plz check #airtelthanks

    Airtel deteriorated and poorest in Patna,frequently 4G becomes 2G,whenever we call anyone timer starts but no voice from the other side, calldrops frequently, Airtel is worst for business because of all these, better switch to other networks @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare

    @airtelindia Pathetic international roaming service! 4G not working since last 13 days with IR Plan 2499. No resolution by Customer Agents, Supervisors and Managers. Made several calls, complaints but no positive resolution. Total waste of money and time.
