    @airtelindia using your so called Priority plan ( PostPaid !) all of a sudden, 5G is not getting connected! Called customer care 5 times ( each 20 minutes call with your exe.)now they are asking me to wait for 24-72 hours to get a resolution!!

    What is this stupidity, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia? I'm a work-from-home employee, and my work is primarily on weekends. My internet stopped working yesterday, and despite registering a complaint, the engineer neither visited nor called as scheduled.

    Airtel @airtelindia @bhartinews I have been complaining for the last 15 days about my internet issue, but nothing has been resolved. Your representatives either disconnect calls, make false promises, or keep saying “it will be fixed in 4 hours,” “within 24 hours,” or “an engineer will visit, yet nothing happens. When selling a connection, your team arrives immediately. When a customer faces a problem, they are harassed instead. If you cannot provide proper service, please disconnect and take back your connection. I don’t want a service that doesn’t respect its customers. #Airtel #CustomerService #BroadbandIssue
