    @airtelindia I booked broadband connection on 20th March for my new residency in chennai. I paid Rs.1500 on the same day. Till now instalation not happened and no reponse from anyone. I am tried calling customer support but no resolution yet. This is how @airtelindia functions?

    Jio reliance worst customer service and they have no money so invented new idea stole the customer money. I have recharged internet boost pl, it is not activated but money deducted from my account and no support at their hand @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia

    @Bhanudarling63 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia So in general they are not giving any unlimited data because no one will get 5G+ network, it's just a marketing gimmick in the hype of 5G

    I want to switch to eSIM while using @airtelindia, however, I am unable to add my email address to it. I have called 121, gone to the care center, and sent an email to update my email, but I have received no positive responses. Please help with this issue @airtelindia.

    @Bhanudarling63 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Just talked with the customer executive they said if your network bar is showing 5G+ then you can use unlimited data and if it's just showing 5G then the data will be consumed from the daily data pack , and if you do data add-on recharge ,your 5G+ unlimited will be void . Part-1

    @airtelindia this my application ID, Note your Airtel Xstream Fiber Application No. as 0449994747. Our engineer will call you within 24 Hrs to fix an appointment for the installation. For the best wifi coverage try & place the wifi router in the middle of your house/workplace.

    @airtelindia Very bad costumer service experience from your broadband connection team in Ichalkaranji. If your connection cost is 3000 for 6 months then, why your team is asking me for more 1000? I will suggest my friends also to don't go for Airtel Broadband connection.

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I upgraded my plan just because of Netflix but I am not able to get that. I called your customer care and had a word with your supervisor Cyril, he was very sarcastic, he was laughing while providing the resolution. I am with you from 10 years.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It is very bad experience for me, I have submitted all the documents to airtel office in Meerut to get my duplication sim activate but they are not even responding now. Please check it on priority as I am struggling with this.

    @airtelindia u choose ur side when u targeted me. Then after communication of facts u tryed2point fingers at mty character n tryed all the bs in ur power but then since u hd stupid on the other line hung up not callled back as promised n icould care less about money its vacchan.
