And when I try to go thorough the same menu, it says the issue will be resolved by 15th October 2022! 15th October 2022???? I'm supposed to wait for my sim to get active for 15 days??? Is this the kind of service that I should expect from @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence Trained parrots. No response on ground. Only hollow promises, false TATs and meaning less SMSs. @airtelindia One should expand only to the extent one can serve. A day of delayed bill payment is penalised by charging 50/100 bucks. What penalty to be levied on service provider?
