    @manujosephsan @airtelindia *Airtel. If you mail to the nodal officer of the area. the standard reply is to upload a complaint. Then The nodal officer should be mailed after 45 days of complaint.

    After thousands of messages @Airtel_Presence has still failed to help me out with my sim problem. Suddenly, out of nowhere my sim stopped working at 2pm and I tried every way to make it work. @Airtel_Presence helped me in no way. @airtelindia please look into this matter.

    @airtelindia even your HelpLine IVR is F'ed up, almost as much as your Airtel network and your @Airtel_Presence team. Have you ever tried the IVR options yourself? It's a JOKE! 🤬
