@airtelindia i am completely disappointed at this moment my number all of sudden has lost network it has been working absolutely fine. I also called customer care and raised a ticket and was advised that i will be contacted via WhatsApp within 24 hours now its more than 48 hours

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence do something about your customer services. There is no easy way to raise a complaint and even after going through your ivr, it doesn't allow users to talk to customer care. @TRAI should take some action against them
