    @airtelindia i had to surrender the broadband as i am relocating and your service is bot there at new location , asked 121 they told me to submit to nearest airtel store. Went to store and they declined to receive

    @reliancejio I’m being harassed by your customer care, on field engineers and area manager. I have lodged a complaint for my setup box multiple times but no resolution yet. I thought jio service would be good but I was wrong @airtelindia

    @airtelindia whenever I need to ask any query airtel apps doesn't have that function neither the 198 support is good u won't get to talk to customer support they don't give option for that

    @airtelindia I've balance on my prepaid no. still I'm unable to send SMS becoz for that I have to buy a unlimited plan, srsly. This is how u loot ur customer. First I've to recharge my no. to avoid discont of service & after that with balance in my no. I'cant use it for sms, pathetic service
