    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. Shame on you. @airtelbank is responding to the tweet for which you should be responding. Horrible customer service. I am planning to port all my 5 numbers to Jio if you do not refund my money.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence airtel black seems totally useless. Even after 10 min in call unable to reach customer service. Only IVR N they promised 60 secs Also only 1 of 3 sims ported to plan but they continue to charge for 3 nos. I think they want to suck u in 4 zero service

    It's sad to see a company like Airtel promising a free box & not coming true to their words. Also, when we are making a purchase, the staff is so enthusiastic but when we come with a complaint, they are completely dismissive. That's not how customer loyalty is built. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @VittalGopal Issue with Internet connectivity for 1 week. SR: 31-3720675393754. What surprises me more is SLA for internet resolution is 15 days but you can get a new number in 1 day. Request you to please do the needful. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia the broadband service in Gorakhpur is very pathetic, despite lodging complain on Saturday, no action taken till now, in current WFH scenario the services are delayed by 4 days which means loss of work for customer. @Airtel_Presence
