@airtelindia can some one explain why my @ihmcl_official Fast Tag has been blacklisted and even though there is over 1600 rupees in the wallet not updating? Called Airtel and system is down called Fast Tag and they say we don’t know.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is very unprofessional company. They are not help to customer. I am try to active call forwarding option my number, there is show a eror. Last 3 month i regularly talk to customer, airtel store, airtel social team but no help. Same on Airtel.

@airtelindia the internet service you provide on your postpaid connections is so poor. Internet is still better on prepaid no.s but postpaid is just not worth it. Expensive plans and poor service. Registered a complaint a few days ago and not yet resolved.
