@airtelindia @consumerforum_ I wish there was a 0 star rating @airtel as your representative Mr. Amir in the store has a lot of advise to give to a customer in a rude manner. I went to store to issue duplicate sim for my inactive Airtel number.

@airtelindia @consumerforum_ I said "you just do the work of issuing duplicate sim". He then started preaching rules and regulations in a arrogant manner, then dad asked for what aapka signal nahi rehta ge replied"To port karlo kyu use kare ho" he is a manner less arrogant guy.

@airtelindia @consumerforum_ As per him in his system it shows I have not made recharge since March 2022 so it's in suspension mode. I asked do you know the history he say "Jo system mei wo hi history hai" I said I am facing signal issue before that.

@Billiam_Shake @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It takes nearly a week for them to execute everything. Had the same issue. Having a second jio fibre as well, would recommend jio, they call you if your connection seems down

Guess #Airtel have made more money than their fortune. Still some promises which are made have not kept they say service request would be taken care off within 48hrs but nothing resolved from 5 months for the postpaid connection just looting money. @airtelindia please work.

@Santhoshhyd @airtelindia Companies like airtel show us we are living in a country where robbing money from customers is main motto. @airtelindia upgrade my plan and when i asked why i am told i sent sms at 12.45am. What a stupid reply. I am porting out.

@airtelindia - Just a free suggestion, don't just advertise Airtel Black at every nook & corner not to thereafter be bothered to convert an interested inquiry into customer. Made 3 attempts, twice on national helpline & once in person. No response, no interest. @airtelindia
