    @angel_jaswal @airtelindia The only broadband working osm is netplus,try it once.. No speed issues, I m using it from last year.. 599 rupee plan with 50Mbps speed and 10 thousand GB data..

    @airtelindia can some one explain why my @ihmcl_official Fast Tag has been blacklisted and even though there is over 1600 rupees in the wallet not updating? Called Airtel and system is down called Fast Tag and they say we don’t know.

    @airtelindia Bad service last 3 month my problem is not slove. I want activate call forwarding on my number, but they can't help me. I was called 200+ time on care.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is very unprofessional company. They are not help to customer. I am try to active call forwarding option my number, there is show a eror. Last 3 month i regularly talk to customer, airtel store, airtel social team but no help. Same on Airtel.

    If you are planning to take airtel Xstream fiber connection. Then please think twice before taking. Because once you have taken the connection. Then if you want to close the connection. Then you will be in trouble. No support. Pathetic service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Airtel have really frustrating network because when it shows 5g network properly so when i used my 4g data is deducted and then the speed of 5g also decreased, i thought that it was good network but they are just faking for network. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Received your DM, but no resolution timeline has been provided. Issue still ongoing for 4+ days and affecting all Airtel users within 1 km in Lichutala Ward No. 2, Bongaigaon (783380). Kindly share a clear expected resolution time.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why is it impossible to find deactivation option on your IVR? Not only is the AirFiber service failing, but the deactivation process is hidden from the IVR, a clear violation of @TRAI consumer protection norms. Please process the deactivation.

    @ALI196480052722 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It is of no use; they will not resolve this issue. It is a recurring problem, as they have a limit of 1,000 connections but have provided more than that just to make money. Airtel seems focused on earning money rather than customer satisfaction.

    @airtelindia VPO Gangapur, Mihinpurwa District Bahraich 271855 , the exchange operater didn't using power backups during regular power cut which resulting the internet & call issues for entire population since several weeks. Could you please check and fix it.

    PLEASE DO NOT USE @airtelindia FIBER, They Changed My 30 Mbps plan to 100 mbps without my concern, I'm paying 1000+ rupees for the last two month, I lodged a complaint regarding this one month ago , still They didn't restore my old plan , Worst Service
