    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The people in my locality (Pincode-841417) are facing lots of problem regarding Calling issues like listening their own voice,sometimes only their voice reaches to other end &not the vice-versa from last weeks,some are saying bcz of 5G installation

    Since yesterday network problem is at its peak. Even making call is not possible. Continuously network is completely gone and only emergency call appears. @airtelindia is not taking concern even after so many complaints. @Airtel_Presence You're just exploiting the customer.😡

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Day 5 of Airtel, a telecom Co (how ironic) failed to call me back after asking for a convenient time to discuss their failure to provide a basic service like incoming calls for 20+ months. I guess this is what they call "Airtel Priority" 🙄

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @Airtel your customer care sucks. My parents recharged their prepaid phones this week but thought the amount got deducted from Google pay, the airtel says no amount left for calls. I have been trying to use chat and phone options, nothing works.

    @airtelindia I I am trying to reach a customer executive, but it's so hard. In the IVR, for DTH service, after entering the number, it asks to confirm by pressing 1, but when I do that, it says "wrong choice." How is that possible?

    @airtelindia Frustrated with constant issues with their broadband internet. Constantly under performing (bought a 200mbps plan only to get only about 3-12 mbps) Automated response that doesn’t solve, Call centre folks that I can only reach through a secret route on their complaint engine, magically makes it 200mbs again. They claim they see some obstruction around my wifi router, sitting hundreds of KMs away. Field team never visits, makes excuses. And in a day or 2 the speed will drop back and the look repeats. They have made it a point to under deliver on their promised bandwidth because they know Jio is worse and a consumer has no where else to go.
