@airtelindia Dear Sir, Currently im using Vodafone Prepaid so im very fed up with Vodafone so i have decided to Switch in Airtel Postpaid but I am Visited your Store in Begusarai they told me that out of Begusarai we don't provide postpaid connection. NEED HELP

Yeh sahi hai @airtelindia ! Multiple options to reach your customer care when I was prepaid! None when I'm ported to postpaid! PS- I wanna port to @reliancejio! My other number is a jio and I'd like both of them to be it! You can't force me to use Airtel! TBC

@airtelindia @airtelnews I m old customer of broadband.whn I ask for speed upgrade yor customer care tels no upgrade in my area & it's only copper & 16mbps speed.when I apply for new connection in same place I m told fibre is there and 1gbps speed.this is how u treat old customer
