    Dear @airtelindia If You can not provide well signal and connection then should close your company. Why are you robbery to the coustomer. When our recharge time period finish,you send me massage again and again,then I recharge our number and then your services are fall down why?

    Dear @airtelindia I don’t understand that why only postpaid customers r eligible for e-sim whereas all other service providers give e-sims to prepaid customers as well! & when asked y so the executives reply “prepaid Mai email ka provision nhi hota” I’d rather port out of airtel
