@airtelindia facing serious network issues especially internet issues at my place. Kindly send your executive or area manager to our place Bandimata 4km from Barkur. Contacted airtel customer support many times but no use till today. Please take serious action on this. #Airtel

@airtelindia I am sorry to note essential services like toll free number is blocked in airtel connections I am unable to call any of my bank toll free number , tatasky number etc . It's very customer unfriendly effort of airtel . Have to port my number only for this . @TRAI

@airtelindia very disappointing! I switched to airtel xstream fiber broadband for better internet services but it literally sucks! Facing a lot of internet issues these days and a lot of technical issues with no internet. Didn't expect this from @Airtel_Presence . Please improve.

Due to ongoing flood in Assam most of the Educational institutes were closed. Teachers are giving online classes. But due to Network problems I am not able to do my online classes....So it's my humble request to @airtelindia please do something ..

@airtelindia @therealkapildev Do not use Airtel they are blood sucker. Service is very poor 35-36 kbps .i also talked with Coustomer care but it is useless and Nonsence.

@airtelindia Didn't expect so low of you all when it comes to customer redressal. I have no network and nothing being done except saying need sim swap, knowing that's not possible. Just got the easy way out. Charged me full bill value despite no service over a month @bhartinews

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia seriously needs to upgrade it's call centre process. I have been trying to raise complain for no internet from last 4 days. They raise a complain daily and close it without solving it. Their Airtel Thanks App to raise complain sucks

@airtelindia #airtelblack no priority service nothing. Raised complaint 3 days back n had to call CC multiple times to track my req. Every time they said tkt already closed. I didn't get any call from engineer or airtel or issue got resolved. Worst service
