@airtelindia facing serious network issues especially internet issues at my place. Kindly send your executive or area manager to our place Bandimata 4km from Barkur. Contacted airtel customer support many times but no use till today. Please take serious action on this. #Airtel

@airtelindia I am sorry to note essential services like toll free number is blocked in airtel connections I am unable to call any of my bank toll free number , tatasky number etc . It's very customer unfriendly effort of airtel . Have to port my number only for this . @TRAI

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia xtreme fiber is down in Rahmat gulshan colony of Hyderabad. Its been more than 18 hours and I'm working from home. And why dont your technicians pick up their phones? Very poor service. You must be quick in addressing network problems. Make it fast.

@airtelindia really not happy with the kind of support provided. I got my no switched to postpaid so I can use it while I was in kashmir but no support. Sorry to say but I think it was not worth switching to postpaid. I need to switch back to prepaid please. #notransperancy

@airtelindia the call forwarding service is so terrible. Out of 10 times 7 to 8 times people receive msg of incoming calls are blocked, insufficient funds, switched off.
