@airtelindia I am sorry to note essential services like toll free number is blocked in airtel connections I am unable to call any of my bank toll free number , tatasky number etc . It's very customer unfriendly effort of airtel . Have to port my number only for this . @TRAI

@airtelindia facing serious network issues especially internet issues at my place. Kindly send your executive or area manager to our place Bandimata 4km from Barkur. Contacted airtel customer support many times but no use till today. Please take serious action on this. #Airtel

Airtel 3/3 , Airtel’s service is so bad that no escalation never works despite me being a customer for 20 plus years and a shareholder. If this is not sorted I port out of Airtel . My experience of being a CFO / COO is good service leads to good sales @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We have closed our broadband services and submitted the router in April 2022 but the security deposit is not refunded yet! We have cleared our bills but are not able to connect to the customer care as the account is closed.
