@airtelindia I am sorry to note essential services like toll free number is blocked in airtel connections I am unable to call any of my bank toll free number , tatasky number etc . It's very customer unfriendly effort of airtel . Have to port my number only for this . @TRAI

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI AIRTEL why do u stop outgoing calls for 3 days for prepaid customer even though they have a huge talk time balance ? Just deduct the minimum charge of Rs 45 from this balance without creating issues for customers. no response from Airtel
