    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am #AirtelBlack customer. I have requested 5-6 times to change my braodband from copper to fiber. But nobody from your end even showed courtesy to call back, let alone changing the connection. Is this your customer service?

    Spoke to airtel customer service agent,got transferred to a floor supervisor who didn't give a resolution nor escalated my issue, denied to share employee ID and said that the data plans are not valid on yearly plans. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia cont(3/4)
