I had closed my broadband connection just due to this. @Airtel_Presence. for about a year I have been trying to find how Amazon prime was showing as active without me activating it & now @airtelindia wants to charge me for a non-existant service on a closed broadband connection?

@sana2k2 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence That is the point. The wiring should be completely fiber optic upto the router which we call Fiber to the Home (FTTH). If it is not so, I suppose they have patched via ethernet cable which definitely reduces speed. Changing service provider is only option if FTTH is not there.

@airtelindia is biggest fraud company you guys activate international roaming without customer’s consent and charging on daily basis even when someone is not using phone. Charged roaming on my 4 numbers. Switching to @reliancejio

@Airtel_Presence No resolution has been provided, service is barred and still bill generated for this month, i am not going to pay a single rupee as i could not use services due to network issue and no resolution from Airtel in last 2 months, stop sim and i will return router too @airtelindia
