I have called Airtel customer services multiple times, with an assurance given that it will be resolved. But, it has been a futile exercise, it hasn't been resolved yet even after 2 weeks.

Everyone is just explaining the process & asking to wait for 4 months inspite of this I pay my monthly bill regularly.
