    @airtelindia Everyday I am facing slow internet issue, sometimes edge & sometimes gprs. Can u just believe it? In a metro city Kolkata, there is such bad..I would say the worst coverage. Not only that, I face call drop & u know how embarrassing is that. Let me know your thoughts.

    @Airtel_Presence Extremely poor service by @airtelindia and they are NOT keeping the promises they made while motivating me to switch to Airtel from @reliancejio . Tried speaking to Customer Care but still issue not resolved. If my issue is not solved, I will again Port back.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Multiple calls to customer support dont connect DM on twitter only gets generic response asking to wait Could we get a call-back for first diagnosis? Or atleast an ETA for when we can expect some support from Airtel?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence are you on budget cut or something. Tried to reach customer service department on +91 99100 99100 from outside india and customer specialist seems too busy or unavailable to me. Almost spent 35 minutes waiting to get a response but no answer..😳
