@airtelindia useless customer services. They are not aware of the procedures themselves, have costed me my business and time and effort. It’s shamelful companies as big as Airtel don’t have the right policies to train their associates. I’m running from pillar to post to sort.

@airtelindia From yesterday I am trying to get an update on my request. PM to @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence do not seem to yield any result. Callback request gone in vain. When called to customer care after 2 rings it's just sanatta ..No one answers ? !!!

@airtelindia @airtelnews I m a old customer of broadband.when I ask for speed upgrade yor customer care tels no upgrade in my area & it's only copper & 16mbps speed.when I apply for new connection same place I m told fibre is there and 1gbps speed.dis is how u treat old customer
