    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your Airtel payment bank service is the worst banking experience I ever had. My account is on hold for I don't how many months. I called customer care last and submitted my kyc application 3 months ago still my account is on hold.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been trying to make changes to my plan with the app. It doesn't let me, customer care IVR does not let me speak to a customer care executive and all search results lead to the app. Why do you make it so difficult to reach customer care?!

    @Airtel_Presence @InquisitiveSou4 My SIM card is damaged. I am currently working in the Gulf country. I have contacted Airtel_Presence @airtelindia via email, Twitter and Instagram. No answer yet..Airtel's poor service ... I have been using this SIM card for the last 8 years.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Seems your business so well and do not need more customer. Expecting revert since 2 months for broadband connection and no one has contacted despite of massive followups. If sales is so bad service will be worst…. #WORST

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am an nri who recharged the number for 365 days but unfortunately cannot use the sim after 3 months because of Emergency Call only single. Thus is nit what we expect from you.
