@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 👎 #airtel provides poor customer service. My Jio prepaid sim has been ported to a Punjab Airtel prepaid sim. On the 5th day, it got activated just for one day's validity (commitment was one month). Now, today is the 6th day with a nil balance.

@JioCare The basic thing is to inform the customer if the site engineer is coming or not/their details or ask them to contact at the given slot. If the issue isn't resolved today gonna switch to @airtelindia
