    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia As the New TRAI guidelines are starting from today. Poor Airtel is so scary to face Customers concern they have put on halt everything from Airtel App to customer care No. I just have to add a channel,I won't ask any questions.

    @OmarAbdullah @Airtel_Presence The worst mobile service as well . Have been facing call drops and poor connectivity over the past 3 months and despite repeated complaints no action taken. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia hey I am from Kashmir a place called Pampore Frestbal Umar colony I just want to say that your network sucks I literally have to go outside my house to make a phone call and unfortunately in my family everyone has Airtel connection . Thinking of switching to Jio

    Communication gag has been reimposed in Kashmir. Mobile Internet and calling services have been shut down. Only @BSNLCorporate is working rest @airtelindia @JioCare @VodafoneIN @Idea switched off there network to promote Bsnl in valley

    Dear @airtelindia It has been now so long since I've installed my fiber which is still WITHOUT INTERNET.& whenever I call your customer service, they always ask me to wait for 24 Hrs our backend team will reach back to you. I'm now facing financial loss bcuz of your Fake promises

    @airtelindia I called your customer service so many times for resolving the issue of poor network connectivity in our area but till date the issue has not been resolved. Thanks for letting me know how you treat your customer’s grievances. Better is to shift to next one.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I was subscribed to 499 plan and you provided me with 100 rupees rental discount. I did not know that you have fraudulently changed my plan altogether to 399 plan and now I am being deprived off the Airtel Secure service. I want my claim immediately.

    So, In Kashmir we either have no internet or 2G speed network but yes, we do pay for 4 g network. This makes no sense.I urge @airtelindia @reliancejio to please look into this. #internet #internetban

    When on #4g network ,i am unable to hear the voice,neither does the other side person.But on 2g, everything works good. Made several complaints to #Airtel CC. But all in vain. @airtelindia look into the matter.

    We the people of Jammu and Kashmir are without #3G & #4G Internet Service from 11 months now.Why we have been deprived from this important service here.We are continuously paying for 4G service to telecom Companies. this #injustice with us. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    I recharged ₹399 unlimited 4G/5G plan on Airtel, but the internet speed is extremely poor. It’s not even working like 3G. Even YouTube is buffering badly. Please fix this issue ASAP. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India

    Hey the update from @airtelindia @airtelcare is that I have to stick with my complaint and wait till 3rd may which is really crazy , I have to wait for 2 weeks for the bill which I have paid and not getting the service, as soon as I am back home I'll end the family plan !!!!!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Somebody called my number and was not aware of the issue. How can you not share the concern wth your executive if it has been clearly explained. I had to disconnect multiple times & then block the number as he was arrogant and ignorant. Simply fix it if you can.

    Hi @airtelindia my prepaid number has stopped working because of a mistaken request on airtel app. It's my primary number and used everywhere. It's about 10 year old number. Went to nearby airtel store and they could not resolve the issue. Please provide a solution to enable it.

    @airtelindia is become a WORST wifi service provider.. Their service is down two to three times a week. It's not working just two days ago, I paid a bill of Rs. 1013 and the internet has been down since yesterday. Today I will change service provider. @reliancejio @airtelnews
