    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia As the New TRAI guidelines are starting from today. Poor Airtel is so scary to face Customers concern they have put on halt everything from Airtel App to customer care No. I just have to add a channel,I won't ask any questions.

    We the people of Jammu and Kashmir are without #3G & #4G Internet Service from 11 months now.Why we have been deprived from this important service here.We are continuously paying for 4G service to telecom Companies. this #injustice with us. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I called your customer service so many times for resolving the issue of poor network connectivity in our area but till date the issue has not been resolved. Thanks for letting me know how you treat your customer’s grievances. Better is to shift to next one.

    Using airtel postpaid from long now, in starting I opted for 99 Plan then they changed to 199 then 249 & recently I got a text message again that plan will be changed into 299. Airtel enhancing the rental plan to existing base without customer consent @airtelindia @shahnaveid

    Dear @airtelindia It has been now so long since I've installed my fiber which is still WITHOUT INTERNET.& whenever I call your customer service, they always ask me to wait for 24 Hrs our backend team will reach back to you. I'm now facing financial loss bcuz of your Fake promises

    @airtelindia Now Airtel companies also started fraud. Closing my mobile number, asking ₹ 40000 from me. Now to turn the number, I will go to court for this, either Airtel will solve my problem, otherwise it will be fought a very long battle.

    @airtelindia My Wi-Fi (01132915463) has been unusable for 4 days after a connection shift request. Your engineer says fiber isn’t available and AirFiber isn’t in his control. Why accept the shift request if you can’t provide service? Resolve this immediately. @Airtel_Presence

    I recharge my Airtel prepaid connection with the ₹979 plan, but the network service in the Khalapur–Khopoli area is extremely poor. There is no network coverage at all in this area, making it impossible to use calls, mobile data, or other services. @airtelindia
