  @airtelindia Better switch to jio or bsnl than airtel They never refund back you money for a failed transaction...despite complaint filed and nothing happened, almost a month..I will switch all the numbers in my house to other providers and post a proof to let you know.Customer neglected!

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Horrible service. Despite being a Airtel Black customer, no proper response to internet distruption. Engineer was supposed to come @12.30 for which I stayed home. Still has t come and the helpline response is "we will check". HORRIBLE.
