@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my whole family is using airtel. No one getting proper signals,Poor network quality. For every tweet, you are saying that you will do something to improve the quality.Nothing done.From tomorrow, u no need to do that cause we porting to other network.

The Only Spoiler since my Arrival at my Mumma's Home in Mumbai is AIRTEL's PATHETIC CONNECTIVITY & NETWORK OUTSIDE MUMBAI! Totally Disappointed & Shocked at @airtelindia's such Interrupted & Low to Nil Service in d Outskirts of Mumbai in Maharashtra & Goa! Especially in Roaming!

@PhanindraP_TNIE @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Same for me, it's been months - no call back/complaint resolution/cannot reach customer support agent via 121 only auto closed SR's. Airtel seems to have no vigilance over quality of service, hence so many complaints. Do share if you got a call back :(
