@Airtel_Presence team is so stupid and so dysfunctional. I had requested an upgrade for my Fiber plan on my airtel app. Its been 4 days since that my plan has not been upgraded and the supervisors at customer care had “guaranteed” that it will be done within 2 hours. @airtelindia

You raise a SR they close it without solving it, you again raise it they close it again and you get the msg this is resolved. #airtelcare

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No Service since yesterday afternoon. Complaint lodged through App. Req No 10050393754 Someone was deputed to visit my place b/w 8:20am to 8:25am. No one came. Now it's said that Service resumed but NOT actually. Till now NO RESOLUTION.
