    Visited @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence store. Raised complaint through the app. As asked by @Axisbank. They just closed it, representative states that they didn't receive any amount from the bank so I have to complaint with bank only.

    However @airtelindia assigned engineer never picked up my calls and wasted all day. I talked to CC and they suggested to wait, next day req got assigned to some other person, that guy thankfully picked up my call and is just telling me he will come after 2 hours each time I call.
