@ItsPragyapandey @airtelindia the new method Due to Covid cant reach customer service, so most people dont go further more process... i got refund rs 24 after a week, the continue calls and tweets.

Dear @airtelindia The population of my village is around 5000 and many people are users of airtel sim card, but for few months now airtel's network is not coming at all, due to which people are getting upset and forced to PORT the sim card to some other network. @AshwiniVaishnaw
