In spite of repeated calls to the staff who got the money and the customer support (whenever I call they keep escalating and I lost the trust on the word escalation) there is no solution provided to me. This looks so pathetic @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There is a network outrage in our area. Since last 3 days, I have not been able to use the broadband connection. Also, the app and call support is pathetic. They are just giving us false deadlines and pushing them.

@airtelindia I have raised service ticket on 5th june for my airtel fibernet. I have been constantly calling 121 customer care and the same thing is being told to me for last 2 days that my issue is escalated and the supervisor will call me. But no action till now.
