Every single day, day after day, I have been lodging a fresh request hoping I would be called by the team as promised! None cares! The poorest standard of a customer service!   @airtelindia Paying premium prices every month just to get third class network service is honestly ridiculous. Calls drop, internet crawls, and basic connectivity feels like a luxury instead of a given. This kind of service is unacceptable.

  Really frustrating experience with @reliancejio and @airtelindia Air Fibre. Cancelled Jio due to long delays, switched to Airtel—now facing even worse delays. Agents say no stock is available. Extremely disappointing service. We deserve better for what we are paying. @DoT_India

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Requested WiFi cancellation in Jan. You misprocessed it (unbundled/prepaid instead of termination). Now billing continues & support is blocked. I won’t pay disputed charges. Close account & waive post-Jan dues or I escalate to TRAI.
