@airtelindia I just talked to the person who installed the connection in my office. when he installed the connection he said whenever you face any problem, contact me. Now i am calling him since this morning and heis saying i'll be there in half an hour, in an hour, etc.

Hi @airtelindia & @Airtel_Presence ! All of a sudden I have lost my mobile network out of nowhere. I haven't changed my phone or anything as such ! I have mailed and also pinged customer team , but of no help. Is this a service ? Is this what we pay for ?

@TataSky Lousy Service, even after getting the receiver on the dish replaced and paying charges requested the problem again recurs within a day, better switch to @airtelindia
