@airtelindia Sir, we have got Airtel 4G here, but I do not get the right connection in my 500 metres area. So Sir, I have requested you to get it fixed as soon as possible. Because I switched my SIM of Reliance Jio and started the new Airtel service yesterday.

Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I don’t understand if your customer care executives are sleepy or drunk. It’s pathetic the way they reply on call. I just had to face a very lethargic executive. I have 2 broadband connections and 1 DTH connections but I guess it doesn’t matter.

@airtelindia Airtel fibernet so irresponsible. No customer care number. No way to lodge your complaint. Pathetic service. Had to take a PL because of no internet. Disgusting.
