    @airtelindia Sir, we have got Airtel 4G here, but I do not get the right connection in my 500 metres area. So Sir, I have requested you to get it fixed as soon as possible. Because I switched my SIM of Reliance Jio and started the new Airtel service yesterday.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Interesting- Airtel doe not update email or mobile no without written request on letterhead of company, but it can remove or alter by self and does not require any written request. WOW what a service.

    @airtelindia After numerous call to 400. I am not getting help for failed payment of electricity bill payment. Customer care tells no such transaction happened while I can see the transaction in airtel app. Any helpline for utility bill payment.
