    @airtelindia Quality & Quantity network is quite low even call disconnects due to non availability of singals Requested several times to the concerned consumter care office but all in vain. NO 4G and even 3G everywhere

    @airtelindia Xtreme broadband is testing my patience. Not working since yesterday afternoon. Have already raised a request. No one has arrived to fix it yet. Received a message that one guy would visit between 9-10am today. Fix it asap else I will switch to other ISP permanently

    @airtelindia Shame on you for manipulating your customers with promising false deadline and never trying to meet it. I opted for your airtelxtream box service about a week back and no service yet. You are directly stealing us of our money and not giving any service in return.

    @airtelindia We are facing internet problem with airtel broadband for last four days.we have contacted to costmer care many times from last four days but they are unable to reslove the issue....very bad experience with Airtel board band.... Krishna sharma from jaipur

    @airtelindia - Showing commitment just on media is not enough, group reality is worst.. having terrible experience to start a new service from sales interaction to service installation.. worst experience with service.. helpless by helpline people.. struggling to get service 😞

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Frustrating support from Airtel Customer care.Need to beg for the payment you took and no recharge reflection in my account. No enquiry with concern person who registered complaint through AirtelApp and closed the request. NO SMS for complaints.
