The #Fastag requirement has become another unscrupulous source of adding to “easy” cash flow @airtelindia ...service was always disparaging but this is taking cust dissatisfaction & victimising custs, to yet another level of unethical practises. @VittalGopal

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is there a way to talk to the support team? I’ve tried 121 around 10 times, still no luck, the IVR options doesn’t direct me to a representative. This is annoying and frustrating. Expecting to have a call back arranged.

@airtelindia How overwhelming it is to survive just with brand name and not efficient service ? I raised a issue with my broadband on 16th December ser. Rq. No.125581416. Issue still not resolved and we are Deeply distressed with your poor service. Work on your logistics.

@airtelindia Earlier they tried to change my plan by downgrading the speed and every time I called I was told that it was due to some system update issue. Since that failed they found this way. Keep it up Airtel and keep losing customers to the competition.
