    @meenaambwani @airtelindia Yes. RBL, SBI too was sending me someone's account statements, withdrawal, card swipes details. Sadly I have a SBI a/c. So it used to be daily shock for me. Problem s none of d service providers/banks ask customers to confirm their registered mail ID before taking it on record.

    @airtelindia I did a recharge on 17 Dec through @MyIndusIndBank mobile app and amount was 251. Recharge was successful from bank end but not credited the benifit into my account. Bank is asking for letter, Recharge was not successful, then they can refund the amount. Please help

    @airtelindia I recharged 1 GB International Data for 5 Days for Rs 755/ to my son Airtel Mobile Number who lives in Toronto, Canada at on 03-01-2020, but the same is NOT ACTIVATED till date. As it didn’t serve the emergency purpose of my son, REFUND the amount IMMEDIATELY. Worst Experience

    @airtelindia Didn't know shifting a broadband connection is so painful. Even after multiple requests (126360960,126378520) through app, customer care, emails since 29th Dec there's no breakthrough. Please treat this as the last opportunity before I shift my relationship tomorrow

    @airtelindia @TRAI Avg speed doesn't show the actual performance (if there are 2 customer in a village 1 gets 40 mbps and other 10 mbps then the avg is 25 mbps ) you can see the performance difference which is different to sach customer If each one is paying for better services why few get it
